SEC would soon suspend this scam because the complaints are gowing. It has been a scam for many years and as long there are gullible buyers who are willing to buy the diluted shares, the conman CEO will continue to stay in business. This  is nothing but a shareselling scam.

In September, after the WANNABE CEO (Xavier Mitchell), said the lone note holder wont convert until 2025 there was 2.4 BILLION Shares issued for "debt conversion" and another 1.5 BILLION Shares issued recently on top of that. We dont know what the 1.5 billion shares were issued for but we can safely assume it also was for "debt conversion." That is TOXIC FINANCING Skank (you know my other word for Skank)!

And there has been barely 1.5 billion shares traded since then so we can guarantee that he didnt buy off the open market otherwise we would of seen a million "X" posts.

Now if he wanted to convert some of his preferred shares the O/S would max out quick ( hint: he hasn't done that either)!!!!!!
