Who is Ezzat El Jallad and how can he receive billions of shares for "debt conversion" when there are no monies owed to him? The relationship between PSRU and BELR…. a perfect setup for both. BELR owes PSRU $500k for your “FAKE” ridesharing Sumer Technologies stake. BELR recently went current reporting but doesn’t trade with only 500 shares floating. Granting shareholders of record BELR shares for the note when BELR is bidding $5.00 would of course attract investment in PSRU. I’ve seen divi deals blow up stocks. Been awhile since I’ve been in one, but the strategy always works.

I don’t know what you’re freaking out about. I’m the one invested here. Nothing you have posted isn’t known. .0001 are risky, you should know with that POS beer stock at no bid, no volume. Class in time management is warranted.

Salgado familial connection maybe. So Zumr is fake and BELR, the holder of our note isn’t a valuable shell bidding $5.00 and asking $175.00. BELR has just over 500 shares floating and needs shares to trade. BELR is current reporting and updated all their reports for a reason. You’ll figure it out eventually but it will be too late.

Funny thing I just noticed; Luis Carlos Salgado is listed as a "stars" on The Knock (2023) movie on that link. There is also a Carlos Zacarias Salgado as the CEO of Bell Rose Capital Inc, that PSRU just "sold" the FAKE Zumr ride sharing company to! lol

With a cost factor of a new movie theater at 3 million dollars, it would only take 86 foreign investors who apply for the EB5 citizenship program to fund the first 30 theaters. This amount would be raised from the 1.05 million dollars per investor or 112 investors at $800k if it is in a TEA. Many of the EB5 programs have over 120 investors.
