Kate's approach at pumping up the company's prospects have always been the issue I've had with her and this ticker. Just read the press release headlines she put out in 2017 and 2018. Hardly a single thing has come to pass. Appropriate that the list begins with the USAID tout.

Regarding the live google meeting... Kate will not announce anything. We will learn nothing outside of the posts from X. My theory is.... Kate doesn't want to release the quarterly finance report because it will just be a copy and paste from the previous. Showing no revenue. Instead, she is doing this live meeting. For the main market players who drive the SP, and not the very few on this board, who could blame them if they see her ability to lure heavy buyers is slim to none. No, I didn't think you would be. It's a shame people don't open themselves up to reality and those who post it. They'd rather immerse themselves in myth and obfuscation, denying everything even when they know it's the truth.

I was brought to the board in 2013 from NRGT when Makmann was in control of QEDN and acquired YLLC. It didn't take long to realize there was nothing of substance to the company but I was of course told it was going to be the next great OTC winner and had a lot of pumpers doing their thing.

Oh, yeah. Actually, the SEC washed their hands of the OTC right from the beginning of it being created. But it just kept getting worse. Then, a few years ago, they instituted the new rules about disclosure and those companies that failed to do so would go to the Greys or get suspended. There were a lot of suspensions. Coulson, the sneaky bastard, then came up with the Expert Market in an attempt to circumvent the SEC.

You would know better than me but isn't it common knowledge that the SEC doesn't really give a rip? Didn't they issue a "buyer beware" letter years ago, essentially stating that if someone wants to play in the OTC cesspool, they should expect to get very dirty (paraphrasing their legalize language). Anyone who knows how the SEC deals with real companies on actual exchanges knows they'd put a stop to her nonsense. I don't think they expected, or cared even if they did, that allowing companies on the OTC to "keep investors informed" via social media would result in such habitual abuse.

There was no "acceptance" by Cargill. All she did was submit a supplier registration form. That won't "allow" QEDN to do anything.

Maybe more would have been made clear if she had included the entire response.

The only way to really tell what is going on, is with the quarterly financial reports. But the reports are not audited. Who knows. At this point, I give up.

A serious question minus any smart azz remarks. With QEDN obtaining PO's for many tons of product from Nestle, why does she keep tweeting about meetings where she's looking for more business? I've seen the video where she gives a tour of the manufacturing facility in Medellin. It's very small. The packing machine looks like it would fit in my bathroom. When I first saw it, it was hard for me to believe that facility could supply all of Nestle's needs -- let alone more clients' orders. Thoughts?

No news for almost a week. I think we're almost at the end. Honestly, where can Kate go from here after promising nine figure revenue. Once she releases the quarterly financials, it will prove once again that there is no revenue.

The only thing I think I've figured out in this mess is that QEDN ultimately passed on acquiring Trillium. Instead, having NRGT acquire it.

But I could be wrong because Kate has been less than clear on just about everything she has ever said or done.

I have a question- If QEDN acquired Trillium and NRGT acquired Trillium and Trillium acquired 30% of NRGT, doesn't QUDN now own 30% of NRGT and the GOLD MINE? This looks like a Ponzi Scheme to me. Any thoughts?????
