securities under Section 6(a) of the Securities Act of 1933. The registration statement has been
on file for more than nine months and has not yet become effective.
RiceBran Technologies has failed to respond to notice under Rule 479 that the
registration statement would be declared abandoned unless it was timely amended or withdrawn;
In view of the foregoing, it is ORDERED that the registration statement be declared
abandoned on February 21, 2025.

does anyone on here still own/follow this stock? Anyone knows what is going on with this company? They never have any news. I never saw a disclosure of their earnings and 2024 outlook. I am down 97% should I just give up and sell the pennies I have remaining in this?

Old news..except my program with Schwab list level 2 plus day change are not working...they were yesterday...and years ago when we were OTC everything worked
