That sounds like BS..... I think this could be setting up for something much bigger. I just hope management gets their act together and starts performing on the revenue side. This company has so much potential that it could rocket to the moon IF they execute.

LOL cut it out man, this scam is not going to do any REAL 'acquisitions'. ALL lies and fake 'merger announcements' for years. NONE were real, all fraud all fake.

I think that sounds about right.... It seems like the expenses mentioned in earlier post are for deals... Someone is incurring expenses. If you are trying to build a business No one works for free or the promise of Rainbows in the end.... There are risk for everyone.. I would rather buy a company which appears to be doing something real than someone making stuff up and just trying to rip everyone off.....

A shell means an empty company.. There is clearly deals on the pipeline here

The company moved from QB to the pinks because the float wasn't big enough. Once they get rolling with acquisitions and a better share structure should go back to QB

We are going to see more of this 'creative bookkeeping' as the ceo's of shells get more desperate to keep up their front as legitimate.

Also seeing lawyers give themselves preferred shares with a conversion rate designed to kill retail shareholders..completely

$2m in debt on the accounting side looks like a hose job. Financials are not even audited.

The problem is, these guys did a reverse split. No one in the OTC markets forgets that. It taints a stock forever, like it or not.
Level2 is set up nice, they put out another fluffy PR today with no specifics (only pie-in-the-sky projections), and the usual TKCI action. Nothing.
IF Tucker would ever announce something substantial, IDK like ummm,,,,real revenue, then this could blast off quick.

I really wish the PR side could be cleaned up on Yahoo and The front page of this site and some of the other financial sites. The company seems to be going in a solid direction and Cannibas is not part of the pictures. I think with the great news and a solid PR plan this could be an opportunity to get a lot more people to look at the company. I don't want too many I might be priced out of the stock.

A little homework never hurt. TBG is behind this one. I am in for the long haul. This group is building long term growth stories and strategies. The team they have in place are proven operators with a singular goal of building a long lasting enterprise. Do your own work and I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised. Go Long and Prosper.

SthilsawsRule .. You have some great opinions and thoughts. I am in this based on another message board on AWON. Someone mentioned TBG- the group that is involved here - and this group seems to be on the right path of cleaning these businesses up and "putting wind in their sails" then sending them on their way. I think this could be one of those "sailboats" I am invested and just playing long ball here waiting. I feel that there is a lot work behind the scenes going on and with todays regulations - they have to be doing things by the book and crossing the T's and dotting the i's.. I am waiting on some announcements and think as like you this could take off. Stay invested and stay long.
