- Upon Court's inquiry, Mr. Austin provided an overview of the case and stated that he planned to file a motion for fees and costs. Court confirmed that a hearing cannot be set before the motion is filed. Court stated matter would proceed in ordinary course.

Stockseed: That does not make sense. With all of the high powered professional people on TMMi's board you would think
they would be trying to settle if the technology is what both parties need. Why not let the stockholders have a say in the pursuit.

Again IMO and reading of the cases I feel he did. If TMMi won what are we all waiting for. The SLAP cases
were awarded to Panik, correct? Why can't the advisors/owners/mangers etc. put out a PR with the facts?
If TMMi is the victor why not celebrate and move on?

None of my posts say Panik won.
All of my posts are my own opinion and I said / recommended for more clarification of the case read the court docs from 2018.

IMO, Why do you think Panik won? The cost to all parties must be greater than a settlement. Does not
make sense to me. And what has value, who owns any patents etc?

Read 12/27/2018 -TMMI Inc vs Dim 2018, and you can read how untruthful Panik was about trying to take the rights. He is trying to appeal something that was decided already based on the same lies of acquisition.
He also did Not List the TMMI license on his tax returns from 2002 to 2011.
Of course there will be new legal court documents to come out but that is a good foundation to who really owns the rights and that is what the whole case is about.

IMO, as I have read all the court cases and follow up. Panick is the winner. In most cases the court would have to grant settlement & payment.
Should be all over soon, pretty sure the attorneys want their money. Do your own DD. Hopefully TMMI / Bala will make an announcement.

It's a steal at this pps. I know it was 24-25 years ago and, of course, things have changed, but I was in this stock when it went from below a penny to somewhere @ 2.50. ( check the charts ) It has that kind of run potential. Now with Susan Bala at the helm and Phoenix Tech and possible an ending soon to litigation, this could really explode upward. All my opinion. Solution to the past. Tried to think of a reasonable explanation of Why she keeps quiet about TMMI. There is nothing new to say - that’s true. There has only been legal work and that came before she did. If there is nothing to offer why come and make stuff up. She hasn’t done that. Why make known her plans to us in regards to a company she is quietly working on. That has nothing to do w us Now. On July 15, 2024 she said “Much being done behind the scenes “- don’t put her down Now, we are so close . Wait and see. She could have left by now but she hasn’t . Has to be a reason for that. This is all my opinion.

There has zero information regarding any extra circular activities regarding TMMI on the website of off the PR's. Her media articles on the web are about her and her articles do not mention TMMI.

I doubt that BALA will ever do anything with TMMI. I think she is fading into the Dust ! Phoenix will be kept by her and will not be shared with very few if at all.. It's all about her, no room for TMMI ! A very selfish self center egotist,who thinks that she is always the smartest in the room ! ! I don’t see Pat Arcadipane currently on the board of TMMI now. He was, but he is working w Susan on PGT.

I could not find anything on it either, but it makes sense to wait on her part to get the legal stuff w TMMI done with and then make public knowledge of it. Says 250 yrs experience of people working on it so keep fingers crossed! And yes I feel trade 50’s one day is not out of reach.

Susan Bala CEO of TMMI should merge/ fuse both companies making them one....

A merger is the voluntary fusion of two companies on broadly equal terms into one new legal entity.

Phoenix Global Technology is working on
A I, which could explode quite nicely as technology seems to be moving in that direction....

With the right PR and the direction of the company's future with the technology
we could see a nice trading PPS
or
she keeps PGT as the main company by acquisition of TMMI giving us long-term shareholders a decent PPS!!!!
Anything above $12 is a winner
but
with AI in play, long-term,
and ongoing updates
that PPS buyout could end up in the neighborhood of $25-$50-$100 PPS,
or even more!!!!

I am thinking a lot of us have had this stock since 1990s. That money being locked up is not hurting us. I know you want to take some money off the table when you see gains but what happens when you sell a million shares early and it goes up another 12.00? Then you kick yourself. I am gonna ride it.

Where do you find a complete list of all shareholders? Maybe there is not one for public viewing ?
