Deerballs is also the one that said that "big things were coming" and said that this would be a .85 stock soon. He's been correct about exactly zero things. LMAO!! Seriously, people need to wake up and come to the realization that this is going nowhere and that nothing will ever come of this in terms of the price per share being anywhere near the claims made by the CEO and the financial values of them which would mean that this would easily be a $50+ per share stock and significantly higher if the patents were worth anything remotely near what Emil has said.

Hudnell has been a complete bust and unable to get even one small financial judgement for the company, and if he's working on contingency then he must be broke or stupid, maybe both.

When this class action lawsuit was filed Deerballs kept talking about eyeballs. Where he was correct, there has not been a significant amount of new eyeballs on this case because of the way Emil is currently handling it. Emil does not want to make this case real public in consideration for defendants. Should the time comes with no deals Emil will file the lawsuit and then there will be many eyeballs on little Voip pal. When you say "if negotiations aren't progressing" it sounds like they are actually talking. Now if you said if they haven't started negotiations by the 28th, they will be served. That has a different meaning. Which is bad news to me. IMHO

Actually, it is not as simple as that. The 28th isn’t a “deal, no deal”, line in the sand. You might want to go back and read the PR.

If negotiations aren’t progressing, then they’ll be served. It’s as simple as that!

Highly unlikely they’ll consummate a deal for $ billions in a few weeks. If that’s what you’re expecting, you might be greatly disappointed! IMHO

the initial request by the defendents was for 90 days.not to be served.emil agreed...the courts run in those 90 day time spans for ease on both parties .but that is for only negotiations.it dosnt mean he can change his mind and serve them prior which is his plan just after 30 days..that court document was Jan 30th, then the pr came out and he wants some kind of negotiations to happen before Feb 28th...you are correct he could back off , and I agree he needs to give a statement immediately , if he grants more time..I hope that doesn't be the case...he needs to stick with a.. plan ,whether its a, b, or c,, enough flip flopping!.......referring back to orcas thoughts on pps...tough call.? I do believe a settlement is the best for all holding, "X" amount per common share etc etc, warrants etc etc. a long drawn out RICO case will take a long time.the other thing to consider is, will it be jury trial, or just a judge.alot of variables imo...the suit is massive..if an offer that's on the table, that's reasonable Emil would be a fool not to take it..the man is at least 70 ..how much more does he want to deal with...jmo..time will tell.

Ham, I would not be surprised at all if Emil gives them more time beyond Feb 28th. The question I have is will Emil issue another PR. If he does not it looks really bad IMO. If he does, he needs to communicate in strong terms the progress which has been made and a definitive timeline which wont be compromised this time around. the prophet

Chazzy1, Private offerings are at $.005...which is what puts money in the company's bank account, not insider selling. Insider selling puts money in the Insiders pockets which they're receiving shares at .005 as well, sell in open market and pocketing the profits. It's in the financials (the private offerings). Chang pocketed over $300k as i pointed to in an earlier post which was a guestimate.

Not sure why you think we should know this answer,I didn't join this handle until 2020 so I've not seen one of these periods.

Here is one perspective to consider regarding insider selling. VP's legal team is, no doubt, working on a contingency fee basis. However, in order to keep VPLM off the Expert Market, VP management must keep the company current with all required SEC financial reporting, e.g., 8-k, 10-k and 10-Q.
Accounting firms charge a lot to file these on-going, comprehensive reports, and I would think that they are not working on a contingency fee basis. So where does the money come from?
VP has no income stream (yet) through the licensing of its IP, so where else could the money come from? Yep, they must either sell shares or give up the fight. I would much prefer the former. As has been pointed out, the percentage of shares being sold is minescule compared to the total number of shares owned. Thus, this is no sell-off by any stretch of the imagination. It is survival 101. I applaud VP management's fighting spirit, and hope that they succeed in their current litigation efforts as they did in their IPR battles.. By the way, in my opinion, a "scam" company would not want to go near a courtroom, where they would be placed under the highest legal scrutiny.
