It looks like you called this one right and that I couldn't have been more wrong about this one.

I had really thought this one was legit and I was hoping they were going to prove all of the naysayers wrong.

That never happened and I guess they are now selling their shares to pay for all of their criminal attorney fees.

One can only speculate but gauging by the long history of fraud I'd venture Flood and Scott got the shares.

And the reality has been as I originally postured - retailers never owned a lick of CareClix, but rather only shares of the worthless SOLI shell.

They were supposedly issued in July of 2024, and yet nothing has shown up in my account?

He is awaiting sentencing for two federal felony convictions.

He has plenty of issues. But hey even in prison someone will sell these shares for him.

The feds need to be made aware of this new development. So they can claw back his shares for the fraud.

Of course. All these ex shareholders in the revoked SOLI fraud have been waiting to get shares here. Which is the third scam company that was supposed to issue them shares. The other two are now revoked as well.

The disclosure states that on June 24, 2024 shareholders of CareClix were indeed issued 7M shares, but no retailers received them that I am aware of.

So who got the shares, Scott and Flood and perhaps other criminal insiders?

Or perhaps it was as I wondered years ago, did all these duped retailers ever own CareClix in the first place?

It's even more probable now that these marks only owned shares in a worthless shell from jump.

The shares have been acquired and converted… will shares now be diverted to specific shareholders as promised.. is their even a second phase to these things.. there is alot of info here and names and numbers..

Been busy this summer and I haven't been on here much. I agree, it's sad to see how this is turning out. If when we ever get our shares what will they be worth? I have pretty much written this one off. OTC really sucks these days.
