ADM Energy PLC (AIM: ADME; BER and
FSE: P4JC), a natural resource investing company, announces that
Claudio Coltellini, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has
stepped down from the Board of the Company effective immediately to
pursue other opportunities.
Mr. Coltellini is a director of OFX
Holdings, LLC, a Texas limited liability company and substantial
shareholder of the Company. Following the resignation of Mr.
Coltellini, the Board of Directors of the Company will consist of
three members with two independent directors.
Commenting on the resignation of Mr.
Coltellini, Lord Henry Bellingham said: "We sincerely
appreciate the contributions and support that Claudio has provided
to the Company and wish him well in all his future
endeavours".
