   has purchased through UBS AG London Branch ("UBS") the following 
   number of its ordinary shares of 25 pence each on the London Stock 
   Exchange. The purchases were made pursuant to the buy-back programme 
   announced by the Company on 15 May 2019. The Company intends to 
   cancel the purchased shares.
