The following
amendment has been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares'
announcement released at 17:30:54 on 26 February 2025 under RNS
Number 6011Y.
The correct
number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 449,444,078 and the total
voting rights/number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares) is 400,271,394.
All other
details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown
below.
Transaction in Own
Shares
The Company announces that on 26
February 2025 it made a market purchase of 3,427,090 of its own
Ordinary shares of 10p each, at a price of 51.19 pence per share
and the Company intends to hold these shares in
treasury.
As a result of the above transaction
the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the
Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
