                               Board appointments


The Board of Chariot is pleased to today announce the appointments of Peter
Townsend and Martin Eberhardt as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with
immediate effect.

Peter Townsend is a major shareholder and director of FBI Media Investments
Limited ("FBI"), a major shareholder of Chariot. As at 15 January 2008, FBI are
interested in 20,750,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Chariot representing
29.24% of the issued share capital of the Company. FBI Media Limited, which
wholly owns FBI and for which Peter is Chief Executive Officer, is a company
whose primary business is in developing and operating a commercial media
platform located within the national youth club arena. From 1993 to 2003, Peter
was Finance Director of L&C Auto Services Ltd ("L&C"), an owner and operator of
BMW dealerships in the South of England. L&C was sold to Inchcape plc, the
international automotive services group, in August 2003 for a consideration of
�12.0 million. Peter is also a non-executive director of Match Day Media
Limited, an owner and operator of plasma TV screens installed in the concourses
of a number of English football grounds.

Martin Eberhardt qualified as a chartered accountant with Touche Ross in 1985.
He spent 10 years with KPMG in senior management positions. Since 1997, Martin
has been a director of a number of main market and AIM listed companies. He is
currently Chief Executive and acting Finance Director of Hollywood Media
Services plc, an AIM-listed company, Non-Executive Chairman of Merchant House
Group Plc and a non-executive director of a number of unlisted companies.

Eberhardt as required under Schedule 2(g) and rule 17 of the AIM Rules for
Companies are contained in Appendix One to this announcement.
