January 2025, Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM: IES) (AQSE: IES)
(OTCQX: IESVF), a leading global
manufacturer of utility-grade energy storage, is pleased to announce that the Scheme to redomicile the
Company to the UK by putting in place a new England and Wales
incorporated parent company is now effective.
The ordinary shares of the Company
have been admitted and are now trading on AIM and on the Aquis
Stock Exchange with an ISIN of GB00BS9F9D74 and a SEDOL of
BS9F9D74. The Company's TIDM remains IES. The registered address of
the Company is now Office 207, New Broad Street House, 35 New Broad
Street, London, England, EC2M 1NH.
