Poll results of 2019 Annual General Meeting
JTC is pleased to announce the voting results of the Annual
General Meeting of the Company's shareholders held on Tuesday, 21
May 2019 (the "AGM").
All resolutions as set out in the Notice of the AGM were passed
with the requisite majority by means of a poll. Resolutions 1 to 12
were each passed as an Ordinary Resolution (requiring a simple
majority for them to be passed) and resolutions 13 and 14 were each
passed as a Special Resolution (requiring at least a 75% majority
for them to be passed).

2. Notes
A 'Vote Withheld' is not a vote in law and has not been counted
in the calculation of the proportion of the votes 'For' and
'Against' a resolution.
The total number of shares on the register at 6 pm on 17 May
2019, being those eligible to be voted on at the AGM, was
112,820,977.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, copies of the Special
Resolutions approved by shareholders will be submitted as soon as
practicable to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available
shortly thereafter for inspection at
www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm
