Smurfit Kappa Group plc ('SKG' or the 'Group'), one of the world's largest manufacturers of paper-based packaging products, with operations in Europe and the Americas, advises that non-executive Director Rosemary Thorne retired from the Board following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held today, 4 May 2018.
