Intertek Group plc (the 'Company') was notified
on 28 May 2024, that André Lacroix, a
director and PDMR of the Company, acquired the following ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company following the vesting of share
awards under the 2021 Long Term Incentive Plan.
The subsequent number of Ordinary Shares of 1p
each in the capital of the Company were, respectively acquired, and
