I am unaware of any company getting kicked off Nasdaq CM for bid price compliance issue in which the company didn’t voluntarily delist.

I learned almost 50 years ago; I wasn't good with my first company. I depended upon an accountant to file the necessary quarterlies. Afterward I learned I missed paying some New Jersey taxes. I still did not quite understand what I had done wrong, but before I knew a bank account was quickly taken.
