Yes that is a good presentation. The thing with Acumen presentations, and articles, are that they so well written. Shows they really know what they are talking about and know what needs to be done to bring Sabirnetug to the market.

What mega pharma company would not want to buy ABOS when they report stellar results from the P2 Sabirnetug trial in Oct, along with two "Enhanced Brain Delivery" drugs. EBD increases delivery of Sabirnetug to the brain around 50X.

Think about it, at 62 million shares OS at $100/share, that only makes it $6.2 billion for a proven ALS drugs, and two other potential block busters EBD drugs...........do I hear $200...........

For those wondering why the selling for the past few days: Acumen awards stock options to its executive employees each year. They vest 20% each year for 5 years. The executives have a predetermined sale of enough shares to cover the tax consequences of those options each year at the beginning of the year.

I believe yesterday was the end of those forced tax sales. Investors filing Form 144's reflecting "insider sales" and the reflex is to think that insiders are bailing as something is wrong. That is clearly not the case here and investors panicking have made the wrong conclusion!!

I would also expect to see the new year's stock awards to be awarded in the next few days as that has been the pattern in the past.

Expect investors should learn a little bit more on JCR BBB deal from the Q3 report and CC in a couple of weeks. And agree, the information should be interesting. A quick search on JCR Blood-Brain Barrier, shows JCR is signing a lot of new deals, and has had some recent success and approvals. The science of the BBB is very complex and to break thru BBB with sabirnetug should be very beneficial to the delivery.

As Dan says it in the Q2 report... “This collaboration with JCR allows us to explore a powerful new approach to delivering therapies directly to the brain,” Acumen CEO Daniel O’Connell said in the July 15 release. “By pairing our AßO-selective antibody expertise with JCR’s J-Brain Cargo platform, we have the potential to advance a differentiated therapeutic that could change the treatment paradigm for people living with Alzheimer’s disease.”

Should give us investors something to discuss while waiting for the P2/3 trial report in late Oct 2026, along with watch the share price steadily rising....

Collaboration Details and Next Steps

Acumen and JCR have collaborated for more than a year conducting feasibility work to assess the combination of JCR’s transferrin targeting technology with Acumen’s AßO-targeting antibodies.
JCR’s transferrin receptor binding platform includes a library of both scFv (single chain variable fragment antibodies) and VHHs (variable heavy domain antibodies), molecules related to the full IgG used in their approved therapy, IZCARGO®.
In addition to sabirnetug, the collaboration is also investigating other oligomer-specific antibodies in Acumen’s library to further establish lifecycle opportunities.
A preclinical candidate (PCC) data package, inclusive of a non-human primate study, is expected in early 2026, at which point Acumen has an exclusive right to exercise its option to develop up to two development candidates.


Clearly; the non-human primate study is ongoing and being evaluated. The PCC will be ready in EARLY 2026. So far, Acumen has not been late on any timeline, so I would expect this non-human primate study in Q1. This IMO, could be VERY interesting news!!

To state the obvious; Institutions are accumulating shares of Acumen!

Sell off has always been perplexingly irrational to me......

MMs take advantage of any weakness on any "bad" news, and pick off those "stop orders" on the way down. IMO, the price should at least be in the 3-4 buck range while waiting for the top-line P2 clinical results....but 11 buck would be nice as the AI generated story claims.....

Agree thought the CC was good, of course cost went up from previous Qs, they are running a P2 clinical trial. Mgt again stated there is enough cash to run the P2 trial, and into 2027, at current cash reserves. BUT....suspect there will be new cash inflows from interested parties, one way or another, without dilution, such as the potential for an interesting SC AI deal.....a lot of cash sitting over there........

The headline newsfeed was that Acumen missed analysts estimates for the quarter. The fact is: they actually used slightly LESS cash than the prior quarter. This is a Company in the middle of a pivotal Phase II trial and of course they are spending money on the trial as they should!! G &A was actually slightly lower.

The earning CC was concise and VERY positive (replay is available as is a new updated presentation).

Acumen is making excellent progress, with no delays and actually added a fabulous delivery system to their portfolio.

Sellers are clearly uninformed.

Suspect, not much................................................since they noted, no update till the end of the trial, which was recently been updated with a few changes. Suspect stock will remain at these low levels till they do report. They could give an update on the SC AI trial. Or update on the second drug for the JCR BBB penetrating drug. Or a partner. The presentations did not do much. The competitions are moving along, and reporting information.

The things they do not tell investors......who knew they were working on the feasibility for over a year.

Back-loading is good, and assuring the money last until end of P2 trial. By then they will need money, which is either thru dilution or partners...When they publish the exceptional P2 results, the share price will much higher, so dilution will be minimal, and a partner with money, will be knocking. As noted in the article..

"The upfront costs are minimal, and the potential milestone payments are expected to occur after 2026, aligning with Acumen’s financial projections. Furthermore, the collaboration could enhance the clinical profile of Acumen’s assets and provide additional news flow, potentially acting as catalysts ahead of key readouts, thereby maintaining a compelling risk/reward profile for the stock."
