This is now worth .03 cents pre 1 for 25 split... They're definetly diluting. If it wasn't obvious at 4-6$... what will you say at .50 - .75 cents lol...

Where's the news of growth achieving milestones.

All I see is share Dilution, reverse Splits, a company that doesn't generate enough revenue and has to rely on Convertible debts bringing even more Dilution.

At this point, there's no telling where the bottom is. Last time around the time of the reverse split it was .0420 ($1.05 ÷ 25)....

Lol I suspect Dilution to pay the bills.... there were Documents released this year outlining that they may sell up to 50 or 60 million shares from time to time.... they're gonna kill the momentum and then reverse split again 1 for 10 the dirty Fu*kers

Getting reloaded heavy over the past month of free-fall... same with the warrants ending in WW... Eventually its gotta pop... I hope the catalyst is strong news so that it continues to break 15+ again and turn that resistance into support...

If their evaluation is correct, and the operating share structure is 138 million, this should be trading $25+...

But I doubt it, that sounds an over-inflated figure.

But it can definitely get there with one good pump to 15+ and hold...

Like I said, it would be ideal for the founders of the company if they got the share price to that level.

Right now, it looks from the filings that their using diluting funding to run their business.... and Ruiz seems like he's got a pretty stacked team to Make shit happen.... so let's make shit happen Ruiz....
