OFS Credit Company Inc (OCCI) Share Price

One thing I have noticed about this company is they don't seem to pay dividends on time. regardless of which broker you use. They still pay but who wants their money a few days late. Unlike most companies, they make only a very limited amount of dividend payments in cash. Most of their dividend payments are in shares of stock. Even if you specify you want cash, not shares of stock, they still give you only a fraction of the dividend disbursement in cash.
Their sky-high dividend yield could well be an illusion based on the fact that most of the dividends are actually coming from giving out more stocks, not making real honest-to-God payments. In any event you will notice a big drop in their share price.
An examination of their profit and loss statements will tell you to what extent this is or is not justified. Just be aware of what you are getting into.
