I don’t understand the merger. And if one tenders their xpdi for the $10 per share, is that it?

What is it that your looking for answers for?

Where is everybody? I just don't understand at all what is going on with this new RM proxy. They will pay you $10 per share? Then what? You got nothing? Anyone? Anyone?
