- the only American Medical Technologies, inc is the one that is in Florida with owned by Chairman of the board to Teewinot Life Sciences Charles Brink. The Old AMT dropped in the "Inc" in early 2008 (last known news piece that had "inc" on it for old AMT was 2/08 and Charles Brink set up AMT Inc in Florida 10/08

- Old AMT (w/ "inc" dropped) that is owned by Gordian Medical is set up and active in "Orange"

- Now AMT "Inc" (the OTC shell Ticker) is in Delaware but Teewinot Life Sciences and its 4 other subsidiaries, are all ACTIVE in DE and have the same address as ADLI shell on OTCM.

Just waiting on OTCMarkets to update. Already said that. Still here and still waiting. They said usually within 48 hours. We'll see what happens tomorrow. Just a waiting game now, nothing you can do to make anything move faster.

- they are already so recognized that they compared to Tilray which is billion dollar company which also ran to $300 a share..

- Confirmation ADLI is currently a shell and that American Medical Technologies is NOT in this company anymore per AMTs Linkedin

- Float could be about 1mill per old filings

- in 2017 the company was valued at $138mill ( w/ current OS that would value the company at around $13 a share) and had almost $12mill revs per zoominfo in 2017

- CEO said they wanted to go public in late 2019 beginning of 2020

- Heavy heavy short position

Hopefully a whale comes along and eats up all of these shares..its such a low floater
