Getting ugly over at NIXX. Looks way oversold, but what do I know. I'm not surprised, because I really have no idea what they expect to generate revenues with except the gift boutique deal they were touting. 

One other theory I have is if they are tanking it to run some investors off so the distribution list is smaller. Just a thought.

I'm not sure how they would relate. AESO is owned by NIXXY. Ben sold this a couple of years ago. I don't think there's any correlation.

I don't know exactly where all the entities would end up, but I'm pretty certain Employer.com landed under Recruiter.com ventures. And then Bench landed under Employer.com so presumably RV is the part holding company for all of it. RV is JobMobz new name. 
If he was able to do a deal with Microsoft for LI, no telling where that lands. I believe that would depend on his co-investors.IMO

Based on that X post I think that's exactly what he did. I interpret the post as an offer to Microsoft to buy LinkedIn in cash so they have the funds to buy TikTok. Bold move IMO. Posting it again just because.

KJV, I stopped paying for PM. Regarding the O/S, per the filings it's always been 47M after Ben Berry had like 97M shares cancelled though custo courts. He kept around 1.7M for himself if I recall from the math. 

It is kinda impressive. On Polymarkets it shows Mr. beast at about 14% chance of winning. Oracle at 40%.

Seems Tinsley has some big backers. Equiturn Holdings mmanages $260B in assets. Oof!

It is simple math, OS is around 50 mil and if net income is 10 mil then PPS is .20. JMHO.

So in your opinion what kind of value would place on AESO if the spinout does take place? Based on Equity in think between $30-75M

Those funds are net income which directly determines the market value of the Co. JMHO

I'm starting to think there is a real fight going on over at Nixxy between new management and Miles /Evan about releasing the planned Spinout assets. This 10% equity is extremely valuable now even w/o the TT speculation. The equity went from 10% of a $50M company to now supposedly $500M. I can see why new NIXX mgmt may be trying to hold on to it.

IDK what the return is on the 10% equity from JobMobz that was supposed to be housed under CognoGroup. I don't know either whether TiKTok would land under the Recruiter.com Ventures banner due to not knowing what other investors joined the bid. I think Rumble may have joined in secretly based on another post Jesse made. Chris Pavloski Rumble CEO/Founder previously stated he'd like to buy TikTok. See the link below why I'm speculating he may be involved.

But, based on reporting TT is worth anywhere from $20-$300 billion. 

In theory if it did fall under R.com Ventures, presumably that would be of interest to CognoGroups equity holding. 

It's anyone's guess, lofty of course, but how would Miles or Evan know they were getting equity in a potential monster at the time the equity deal was drafted. Seems like a potentially lucky happenstance IMO. The original deal had JobMobz valued at $50M, now Tinsley claims it's worth $500M so they've already potentially struck gold in the deal already.

On the surface I was say yes. Who knows how they will apply it in reality. This assumes they use AESO in the same way they have been talking. Who Knows, they may use AESO in another way or they sell the shell. My guts says with the new CEO plans have changed and maybe no spin out. Not in a negative way but they may do something else. We will see. Hopefully soon

Just a question for the board. If JobMobz became Recruiter.com Ventures after buying the brand from Miles and Evan, wouldn't the 10% Equity share apply to anything Recruiter.com ventures owns and generates revenue from? Including TikTok if ByteDance accepts their bid?

Games are the biggest money maker in the entertainment space nowadays so smart for Miles to explore that avenue 

I play Last War pretty much every day. I'm a level 30, haha! It's pretty fun, but I play for free mostly with the occasional buy of $5. 

Gaming generates crazy revenue.  Pokémon Go makes $30 million a month and they just introduced a digital version  the Pokémon card game that's making money too.  The #1 mobile game right now is Last War: Survival has made over $100 mil a month at times.

AR/VR is the next leap in gaming, with VR devices becoming afforadble.
I'm sure Miles will find a way to capitalize on it if he turns media bistro into a gaming hub   

That's pretty much what I pictured. I didn't think much about it for movies. I was more thinking it kind of lines up with their previous idea of making MediaBistro into a gaming AR/VR platform. It would be necessary to have GPUs to manage any traffic load for that to be successful. 
Building out a GPUaas would create a scenario where they would get paid by others for the service and render their usage for MB virtually free. IMO

That would be kind of similar to how the Pokémon Go creators got paid for their game subscriptions, then used the player data to essentially geo-map the world for a Virtual position system. They'll probably sell it to Google for billions.

Interesting article and GPU as a service has a lot of applications!  Saves from having to buy and maintain expensive, physical hardware if possible when extensive processing power is only needed for ad hoc jobs.  I like the example in the article about rendering CGI scenes for movies, maybe not a powerhouse like Marvel but smaller indie film makers could utilize it.  

If Miles intends to do GPU as a service it could be a serious revenue generator.  

Anyone checked out GPUaas? Could this be the vision for PrimeGPU (it was listed as a SaaS product)? Check this recent article.

For what it's worth, Jesse stated he paid cash for Bench.com. Guessing that was somewhere between $10-20M. It's bananas Miles hasn't been able to get a clean break from $NIXX yet!
