Babcock International Sells Cyberdefense Consultancy to Accenture for GBP107 Million

Babcock International Group PLC said Friday that it has sold its
cyberdefense consultancy Context to professional-services group
Accenture for 107 million pounds ($136.7 million) in cash.
Babcock, a U.K. aerospace-and-defense company, said the sale
continues its strategy of streamlining its portfolio.
Context made an operating profit of GBP2 million for the year to
March 31, 2019, and had gross assets of GBP36 million as at Sept.
30, Babcock said.
