BigString Corporation (CE) (BSGC) Share Price

DE tickers are crap now. Activist judge doesn't like custodianships. Synergy might be looking for a way to avoid the court as it has with some other DE tickers.

I have no idea. Synergy needs to give us an update on this ASAP.

I don’t recall Synergy ever being custodian of this one, they petitioned then ran into a clown Delaware judge. I think a shareholder recently put the in contact with management or tried too.

Synergy is still the custodian for $BSGC.

Its a DE corp tied up in court with an activist judge trying his best to deny the application. They are trying to sidestep court by contacting old guard like they did with SNRY. If they can't it could die in court.

I have interest - added today.

I did DD on past officers looking for contact information...

This path has been successful a couple of times in the somewhat recent past specifically for Ben Berry and Synergy Management such as $RIBS as shown in the Synergy updates so I pushed myself to dig and then I sent an email based on Ben's last update and request for assistance tracking past officers.

Easy. DD is what I do. Yes, I did hear back from Ben as he thanked me for it. I hope ALL of us are helped soon.

It seems to me the DE lawyer needs to step up his game or Ben needs to find new counsel. Mr. Anderson needs to start Neo’ing the place up already.

The Judge Ben is used to retired, new guy seems to like playing games. Ben has had several on his desk for months now...can't blame the CCPVirus for delays anymore.
