How do you know there are no connections between Thomas and others?

New to this whole IXSV / Founders Bay thing, just trying to figure out the investment potential or risks.

Not liking what I've read so far.

Does your certificate have a restrictive legend on it? (It'd probably be on the back.)

If so, you'll need to get a legal opinion from an attorney stating that the stock is eligible to have the legend removed. You'll need to send the letter to the company, the transfer agent, and your broker, along with additional paperwork.

The best way to proceed might be to contact your broker first. Explain the situation, and ask what to do. They may recommend an attorney. Be sure also to ask about costs. The attorney will charge anywhere between $300-$500 for the letter. And then the TA will charge a fee--but a smaller one--to exchange certs. With luck, once the stock is freed up, the TA will be able to DWAC it into your account, rather than send you a new cert that you'll then send to your broker.

And before you start, add up those costs and consider whether they're worth the expense. That was a very big reverse split. Also, make sure your broker will accept the stock for deposit in the end. Some brokerages are getting very picky about that.

Yup. These Tracy shells are nasty buggers.

IXSVD. It's just a reverse split and a CUSIP change. No ticker change, evidently.

Yup, a one for 2,000 is nasty to all shareholders. The split was posted by FINRA at noon so I'm surprised there wasn't a stampeded for the exits.

That split ought to finish off just about all current shareholders...

and the Outstanding Shares are reported with 84,743,479 a/o Dec 27, 2016 while the Insiders are holding >85M shares or 71% (OF THE O/S) in total?? Based on the above the O/S should be close to 120M but can't be just 84.7M.

Something doesn't add up at this point, JMHO.

You see the Q? Plenty of room to go up and the L2 is razor thin.

Shares must have been retired or bought back. No dilution in a few years as per latest filing. .0119 up and thin here.

Their website said their migration software was lightning fast. The earlier filings that hit today had sales going back to 2014.

The fbaytech.com domain was first registered on 3-17-2016. According to the Delaware SoS, Founders Bay Technologies was incorporated on 3-22-16.

The 10Q report they uploaded today shows $1.8 million in revenue for the 3-month period ending 3-16-2016...

It's a process, be patient and peak at the chart, this is the loading zone. I picked a price and I'll wait to get filled.

If they indeed go current, finalize the merger, and PR it with a little more info on the infrastructure, with the numbers they're showing, we might have a real winner. If it doesn't work out, we sell and move on.

Bid went from .0016 to .01 in 10 minutes and held, people know what's up here. There was 200k at .01 before 10k blocked it at .0102. I think the closing bid was .015? LOL, not bad on 500k shares traded!

Do some digging on FBT itself and the London location, it's a decent operation in my opinion, in business since 2013 I believe, like 50 employees. The WY location license is new, expansion in progress? Also I read they have plans to expand to the South American market. I just googled the London business description websites and like 100 came up. I figure a few have to be close lol!

Which begs the question of why they used Nov 11 as the date of the OS when all these reports were uploaded today, especially with a 1 billion AS.

I wouldn't expect those numbers to equal the OS but they shouldn't exceed it.

No one here ever explicitly stated that the Reverse Merger had FINALIZED.

These people just felt good out of the kindness of their hearts to upload and update all this information today because it was slow day.
