... this is for the Shareholders in regards to the aforementioned Reverse Split. I have told the Board of Directors that the company's ambitions to get to Nasdaq cannot be done by utilizing a 10,000 to 1 reverse split, and I've made some strong arguments to that effect. If a reverse split is necessary, it won't happen right away, these processes take time and even then may not get approval by Finra. This is why I have proposed to the Board that IF any reverse split were to occur, it cannot exceed a 20 for 1 R.S., with a more aggressive lean towards a 10 for 1 R.S. or nothing at all.

When was the stock sold? Were shares given to HAD? How was it accomplished? Who were the principles?

With Blagman out and no possibility of revenue I'd imagine one will hit here at some point.

1. The company can't be denied a reverse split it never applied for.
2. The company has a history of retiring debt.
3. Previous reverse splits occurred many years before this crew took over

MWWC previous reverse splits and sadly was DENIED the last attempt Blagman needed here 2 years ago.

There is nothing in the financials that show any investment nor any expense in MWML, HAD (aside from MAYBE the pilot), or anything in-between. Nobody can refute me on this. There is truly nothing in there. Blind poster just uses Instagram posts about HAD and claiming it is related to MWML/MWWC. MWML, a subsidiary of MWWC claimed to begin and launch HAD but the company has not had any ties to HAD since. HAD may be successful one day, but none of the proceeds are going to MWML nor MWWC. There is nothing in the financials that show any current stake in HAD. Go on, prove me wrong, I'm waiting. Been waiting for weeks. If I'm wrong, I'll own it. A trait that *some* can't obtain lol.
