Hey I just did the same thing. This is very odd

The inside market is .042 x .45, yesterday’s .0001 was for only 5000 right on the open and probably a market sell order which some scumbag mm most likely took advantage of. TLCC rarely trades and is very illiquid. I used to follow it closely years ago but stopped after a while because it went nowhere and the financings were, in some cases, common stock with warrants exercisable at a penny. You’ll have to go back to read the SEC filings from 5-6 years ago to see what I’m talking about...

bid ask .44/.45, last close .0001, last volume 14.84k. Ima go do some reading because I dont grasp this. I was just bored and was using the OTC Markets scanner looking at penny exempt trip stocks. I saw twin labs, and went hey wtf.

Getting some bidders for the first time in ages, maybe the new CEO is actually going to do something with the public company, stock has barely traded in the past 6 years.

Unbelievable how illiquid this is, only about 17K shares traded in all of 2016. I really expected this to be better when they went public a couple years ago, this is Twinlab one of the most, if not the most, recognizable names in supplements....crazy.

Looks like Pastor Darin had a friggin vision and decided to report all his sales for the year - da dude should be in jail for pulling crap like that....... a years worth of form 4 on Christmas eve??????????

Good question, hard to say, it will be interesting to see though.

I mean I love Twinlab products, I've taken their supplements on and off for nearly 25 years, however, with that said I don't want to get too carried away with what I'm willing to pay for this as they are still insolvent and not profitable.

Ideally it would be nice if they started out really low and let the early birds get the first crack at shares but more then likely it will start out high .75+ and settle trading at maybe in the 20-40 cents range after awhile.

My bid does not show but I am at a higher price.

Wondering at what price they will release shares.

FWIW I think Tolworthy has big plans for this, it could be a good one.

Hard to say but I doubt you'd even get any shares if you put a .30 bid in. IMO this will most likely start trading much higher then were expecting, maybe a $1 or more, just for the simple fact that there are no shares available. It's the law of supply and demand, Twinlab is a very well known name so there will probably be some decent demand for the first available shares. Eventually it will probably settle down in the .30 range which seems like a fair price given their financial difficulties.

Yeah I have slowly been moving my bid up and it's not filling. Had 20K shares the other day at .004 and it wouldn't fill.

Still TLCC, just no movement, probably worth min 10-20c, even 30c, and there is not a lot of outstanding shares if I recall the filings. Whoever bid 1m shares at .0016, there isn't even 1m shares out there perhaps! Bid needs to be 1c min, no owners are even posting asks, they probably want to hold it. May take 5c bids to get any shares here.

So this is still trading under TLCC? Why is no one buying at .0016?

Yeah me too. Also I'm wondering if it would be advantageous to get some of the first shares available when it starts trading, especially since right now very few investors know about it.....or would it be better to sit and watch for awhile....hmm.

Twinlab Corp's IPO back in 1996 was $12 but the company was booming back then. It's hard to say what their financial situation is now, we only know the company is valued at around $150M. Then again getting some shares before the 2 other acquisitions they have in the pipeline are revealed makes sense too.

Correction, if I understand this correctly, Twinlab Consolidated Corporation acquired the assets of Twinlab Corp(the supplement company) and Twinlab Consolidated Holdings is merging with Twinlab Consolidation Corporation......... making Twinlab Corp essentially a public company again. At least that's my understanding. Twinlab Corp was once a NASDAQ listed company.

I remember back in the early to mid 80's Twinlab was pretty much the premier bodybuilding supplement company, there were other companies like Weider, Universal Nutrition, etc but most of the shelves in places like GNC were dominated with Twinlab products. I know I consumed a lot of their Gainers Fuel, Arginine & Ornithine capsules back in the day.

It appears as though Twinlab Corp was a public company from 1996 - 2003 but ultimately went dark when they filed for bankruptcy.

Twinlab Consolidated Holdings, Inc recently acquired TwinLab Corp for somewhere around $100M.

This is potentially looking better then I originally thought but will required more DD, they are merging with Twinlab Consolidation Corporation, who has products in 45K locations worldwide. Seems like that high number of authorized will be used for acquisitions.
