Ray is just working on growing the company and holding his shares , he could get so much more out of this company is MC was higher . Ray need to come up with a game plan and start with uplist to QB the first step . I don't know who is UNQL IR besides their inhouse which is 100% worthless

$UNQL has 9 subsidiaries, which indicates a lot of activity within the company. It's very frustrating to see that Ray not issuing news that could potentially drive the stock higher and then apply for an uplist. The stock is stuck at a disappointing price, especially when the company generates hundreds of millions in revenue. It's shocking that despite the revenue the stock has almost no trading volume. WTF Ray is thinking?
He’s running a public company but managing it like a private one. There's no dilution, and the float is essentially locked up. With the right news, the stock could easily surge by several hundred percent in a single day. With effective marketing and promotion, moving the stock to a larger exchange is certainly within reach.

Where can one find the indication that UNQL is suing their former SPAC partner? I know that Evan Gotlob joined Lucosky Brookman in Oct of this year, and that Locosky Brookman represented UNQL during the SPAC negotiation, but there is nothing in the most recent 10-Q of any litigation concerning UNQL vs anyone.

Are these guys suing the SPAC they were going to merge with? They have Evan Gotlob from their law firm working on something. I called the law firm, and the listed attorney had me speak with Mr. Gotlob about who he is heading the account at present; he is a White Collar Crime attorney who was at the US Attorney's Office

Once you or I scoop those shares, we should begin our climb back to multi pennies. I was here when it hit .0265 and I'll be here when it goes higher..

A long time ago they try QB or QX and I believe they didn't have enough time for being audit then they started the Nasdaq merge and then cancelled that which I think that was smart to back out. IMO they need to uplist QB first and work on improving there revenue and profit before Nasdaq.

Q1 24 is finally out.
As expected, the revenue is up Q1 24 vs Q1 23. Doubled almost. Operating profit is up substantially (about $3M Q1 24 vs Q1 23), but net profit is negative and the same amount as Q1 of last year at -$2.2M. So, all in all, a mixed bag financially. On the bright side, the clock now resets for the Yield and Grace periods as far as not getting delisted, so we are good until at least Feb 15 when they will be 30 days late for their filing due on Jan 15 for Q2 24.

if that's the case, that's pathetic... really disappointed with this one.

Stockholder, please reach out to CEO Ray and inform him that time is running out. His direct number is 347-809-2307. I believe they are not aware of the recent rule change that caused the stock to be delisted. They seem to think the 10-K filing is sufficient, but that is not the case.

Can anyone think of any reason to go EM ? I was thinking the CEO wants to go private after all the BS he been through but he holds almost half the shares and the other reason I though maybe they want to buy up the float at a lower price but there very low volume so I guess this will be a total loss or win

A 10-Q filing does not require an audit. Companies typically file a 10-Q quarterly report with the SEC, which is reviewed but not audited by independent accountants. The amendment should provide the accurate financial data and any necessary updates to previous disclosures. IDK why is a delay?

I haven't been through a EM before, what happens to holders if they don't finish by the grace time given and how hard is it to come current after EM , does anyone know this ? I can't see why they would let this happen when they already did their 10k. their Q has to be done first

I agree, its been a volatile stock the past week up 60% then down 30+% it's weird. Idk what the hold up is on their filings but it's doesn't make sense to be this late and teetering on going into EM

The most cost is the audited 10-k. They won't file the 10-k if they plan to go dark. It doesn't make sense at all. GAMBLE I am reloaded too.

They recently raised the CFO's salary by approximately $100K. The most challenging task was getting the audited 10-K out, but that's already been completed. Since the 10-Q doesn’t require an audit, why was he able to release it? I think he will meet the deadline.

Just guessing, but they're probably "herding cats" with the different companies they took under their umbrella. IMO.

Hasn't shown any volume yet today. I thought the 10q filings were supposed to be submitted by November 15th?
