                             Director Shareholding


The Company was informed on the 22 August 2006 that Mr R.G. Buck, a director of
the Company, exercised options over 9,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 121 pence per share on 24 July 2006.


Mr Buck has retained the shares and following the exercise of the options his
shareholding has increased to 15,721 ordinary shares representing 0.08 per cent
of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
