Total Voting
Rights
TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC")
confirms, in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rule 5.6.1 that, as at 31 December 2024, TBC PLC's
issued share capital consisted of 56,287,900 ordinary shares of one
penny each (the "Shares"), of which no shares are held in
treasury (excluding ordinary shares acquired pursuant to the
previously announced share buyback programme pending weekly
cancellations of such shares).
The total number of voting rights in
TBC PLC as at 31 December 2024 is therefore 56,287,900
(the "Total Voting Rights").
The Total Voting Rights figure may
be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are
required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to
that interest, in TBC PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
