CDH, I hope people watch the replay of today's Webcast. If NioCorp is flying back to DC every 2 weeks, and Trumps former Critical Minerals Czar Drew Horn says: "NioCorp is the top project" ('for the Trump Admin') 'and evreyone is talking about NioCorp' in DC, there is reason to be bullish on this investment. I realize everyone is tired of unfulfilled promises and projections but this time it is backed by facts not opinion or projection.

I agree with you Walter. If there ever was a time that I felt 99% certain this mine would be financed it is after that Webcast. The 1% hold out is if the addtl drilling does not support the existing data but I don't expect that to occur. The reason why there has been a delay on the addtl drilling as required by EXIM is that NioCorp was seeking money to complete the drilling and the revised FS. Now they have the money so the project is back on track.

Trump needs a win on national defense and the economy during his term. Getting the mine built during his tenure is good for America regardless of political affiliation. Where would people be without all the critical minerals that go in to cars, bridges, tunnels, Cat Scans, MRI's and I Phones..

If it were not for the trump admin we would not be near here. We would be twiddling our thumbs in silence like October 2024. If the pendulum swings the other way and another Chinese apologist get in power, the temperature will go down on this. I worry about the mid terms. Trump could easily be a lame duck president.

That would mean the mine would be in production before the end of Trumps term which may account for why there is a big push on this project right now. We know NioCorp has not always stayed on schedule but we have a President that demands action and moves quickly on his 'to do' lists' so its not just NioCorp or shareholders who wants this project completed asap.

3 years after financing is nicer. I will modify my speech in the future based on that statment.

Here's the problem, trump wont be around by the end of the proposed timeline. That doesnt count delays. We would be far into the project but not a single ounce of production by the time his term ends. Might not matter, maybe getting it going is all he needs.

They talk a big game about how important this is, but there is never any real support. Not a damn dime to aid anything or get anything going unless its dilutive shares at a discount. Yes, NioCorp is getting more attention and exposure, and short interest doubled in the last report. Still not that significant in the big picture, but there is risk, IMO, with being short here in NB right now. Will watch the Webinar today with interest.
I also scratched my head at “$4.25” Target price lol. We could hit that again in May. Several publications have added NioCorp to watch list and stocks to buy in 2025!
