It is a catch 22. Yes, they need version control, but to an extent they are doing that - as current licensee has perk 1-5 licensed, but not yet extended to perk 6. They do need to show that their tech has the headroom for multiple generations in order for displace current technologies as they bump

For ease in calculations... Lets say there is roughly 1 billion in shares outstanding. Yes currently it is less, but eventually some warrants or conversions could bring it higher than this too. So 1 billion is relatively small share structure for OTC.
