Considering Karuna was bought out for $14 billion after their two small successful phase 3s and Anavex could potentially match or better their results in a few years then no-one should be wanting a buy out currently if that could be the ball park valuation for 3-71 alone. $14 billion would mean $160

Last 15 minutes of trading looked good. Millions of shares jumping over 5%. Got exactly what I was hoping for, strong close over $.38. Well over 60% of volume was during very strong upward movement, the first 40 minutes and last 20 minutes. So 60+% of volume buying 1 hour vs lower volume selling
