I don't think they need to be in PRIME to apply for accelerated assessment it's just that being in PRIME helps or makes it more likely.

Why even do these interviews unless you have commercial activity to report?  Imo it's a mistake. They're just a reminder that the company has not made progress on revenue generation, which is the only thing (potential) investors want to hear after 20+ years.
