True but that posting is for a Canadian Co. not an American Co, the company is based in the US. What recourse do the Canadian have if Twoh ignores those regs and dissolves the corp? Nothing. They can not enforce any fines on a US co. JMHO.

Further proving the point, if those meetings were to quickly address issues and the meeting are finalized, why does submittal not take place right after? Why is there a meeting to schedule timelines of resubmitting?
