Hongli Clean Energy Description
| Hongli Clean Energy Technologies Corp, formerly Sinocoking Coal and Coke Chemicals Inc was incorporated in Florida on September 30, 1996, under the name J. B. Financial Services, Inc. The Company changed its name to Ableauctions.com, Inc., on July 19, 1999. On July 13, 2015, the company changed its name to Hongli Clean Energy Technologies Corp. The Company is vertically-integrated coal and coke producer in Henan Province, Peoples Republic of China. The Company's coal products include raw coal, washed coal, mid-coal and coal slurries. Its coke products include metallurgical coke, coke provider, coal tar and crude benzol. It also generates electricity from gas emitted during the cooking process, which the Company uses to power its operations. All of its business operations are conducted by Henan Province Pingdingshan Hongli Coal & Coke Co., Ltd. |
