Fortunately, you don't have to believe me.  Go online to Edgar at sec.gov.  Find KBLB then look for the proxy statements.  Whenever there is a shareholders meeting, proxy statements must be sent out to all shareholders so they may vote or provide a proxy to vote in their place.
