Icad Inc (ICAD) Share Price

Picked up some at $2.50

30k share sell block drove the price under 3 and now volume is starting to pick up. Still churning in the 2.90's.

See how the stock reacts around 3.00 ....should be some support.   Investor conference last week. Funds are likely fishing for discounted shares.

Honestly I think there may be a flash drop to $2.70 area but anything between 2.70 and 3 is a good pickup if you have a one year horizon.

Price is going to test that 3.76 resistance area again. Figuring a double top but won't know until we actually get there and see the trading action.

Slams right into $3.76 resistance and pulls back a bit.   Time for the stock to consolidate its gains before the next move higher.

Acceleration growth of deals is the key here. Would like to know if there is any churn on these deals or if once customers signs up they love the product/service so much they keep adding to their deals.

Quick rip to 3, then a quicker rip back to $2.70. Do MM's need shares or does it need a breather in this area?   I'm betting the former but who knows. It's certainly allowing folks to load right here if they want to.

Preannounced $5.1-5.3 million revenues versus $4.2 million in the last quarter.  Love sequential growth, not just YOY growth.

It traded even higher than 20 back in the day, Stock chart history has a way of repeating but please give a little bit more time for me to build my position 😉

No better story than combining AI with breast cancer prevention .

Years ago this stock traded at 20 and it should be able to do that again within 24 months as long as sales team keeps adding new customers.

I've been building a position here mid Dec from about $1.75 on up.

Line I said previously, I believe this will be a 2025 story. subscription has smoothed out revenues but sales team is scoring about 50-60 new clients per quarter. Hopefully we see an acceleration this year due to all the AI driven news.

Good to be a bumpy ride with this company. The Q&A from last quarter indicated an unevenness in future quarterly revenues which makes me think the next reported quarter won’t be as good as folks think. Guessing the Q ending 9/30 will be much better though.

Likely to make up for no bonuses awarded in FY24.

Partnerships keep coming,will pay off soon

During the third quarter, the company generated net proceeds of approximately $1.8 million from the issuance of 958,248 shares of common stock in the aftermarket ATM offerings at a weighted average price of $2.26 per share.

Only one analyst on the call. Now a standalone product line. They are hiring a bunch of new sales reps to try and get back the maintenance business that wasn’t renewed by prior customers. They said they won’t need to raise additional cash but revenue gains are going to be slow over the next year with this really being a 2025 story.

Retracement to lows from summer and getting a bounce now. Good time to start a position imo.

With the sale of Xsoft , expect the company to lose about $1.7 quarterly sales going forward (about $6.8 million annually). However it was never a money maker for them . Someone else will do a better job with the technology.

The Company currently expects to report revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2023 of between $5.4 million and $5.6 million. In addition, the Company expects total operating expenses for such period of between $5.5 million and $5.7 million. These expected results are not final and it is possible they will change upon filing of Form 10-Q on or before November 14, 2023.

Until some of the insiders step up to the plate and purchase their stock (not counting option grants) this is a no go for me right now. Obviously $1.70 is too expensive for even them at this point.

Craig-Hallum Capital is raising money thru the share offering any time the share price rises above 2.

Unfortunately, at some point, IMO they will lower that price ten cents at a time.
