Yeah man I know - Irwin is a beast with a plan. We are the 9th Largest Brewing company in the world (favorite beer is Sweetwater 420 IPA). I have been adding for over two years now never selling one share. I have my average down to 1.79 on way too many shares but with that being said I won't be selling any of them even at 10.

IMHO only this stock is controlled by shorts and is being manipulated but once these games are over and good news leads to covering along with the most important future news out there of the Decriminalization of Cannabis (at this point Banks and Institutional Buyers will be able to get involved) - this will be a 100 dollar plus stock and Tilray will be the dominant monster of the cannabis market.

The CEO has other ideas than cannabis. Do some DD. TLRY is more interested in becoming an alcohol co. Look where they are spending their money.

With a good earnings report in early January this with a hot market could easily see 10 but it could also just as easily stay stuck in the mud. Shorts and flippers have such control over the PPS here - it will be a fun day to see when the Shorts GET CRUSHED and the flippers start chasing. And I won't be selling any at 10 either - Tilray is set up to be the Dominant Monster of the Cannabis Industry.

I think you will be fine. This could run up to 3 or 4, but don't keep for their weed biz. You could be waiting a long time.

I don't have confidence in their weed biz but the CEO is Psyched on the alcohol biz. He was recently on FOX Biz.. He brought and displayed about a dozen different Brand bottles of alcohol from the different alcohol Brands he acquired.

All indooor grown weed is at best a 20 min. buzz. Mountain grown in good soil is the only way. Ever have weed grown in the mountains below the state of Gurero in Mexico? Its better than Viet Nam weed.

I am sure it will make a good flip but honestly I am a long term investor waiting for our government to decriminalize cannabis. I have been adding for close to two years now and have an average PPS just under 2 dollars a share. I feel once that happens Tilray is in the best position to capitalize and be the biggest player in the cannabis game.

But you are asking for a trade and I am really not sure how to answer that. I could see this dropping under a dollar short term the same way I see this a 100 plus dollar stock long term. I hope these levels hold but I simply don't know - I never thought we would be this low but here we are.

Recreational market isn’t as profitable as medicinal..cannabis can compete in recreational use vs. tobacco industry but tobacco can’t compete against cannabis for medicinal use. Medicinal use is the key to reaching greatest cannabis success potential.

Great risk/reward entry prior to earnings/new major legal markets.

It’s official: No marijuana banking protections from current Congress

The current session of Congress is poised to end without any progress on major marijuana reform measures, including banking protections.

With Congress needing to pass a spending bill by the end of the week to avoid a partial government shutdown, a budget proposal was unveiled late Tuesday that included disaster aid and cash for farmers.

But the plan offered nothing pertaining to the $32 billion state-regulated marijuana industry.

That inaction brought to fruition marijuana industry predictions to MJ in November “to not expect anything of the lame-duck” Congress this year.

Importance of marijuana banking services
For years, cannabis advocates have begged Congress to provide clear protections for financial institutions that provide banking services to state-regulated marijuana businesses.

While many cannabis businesses have bank accounts, most major financial institutions do not provide services to the marijuana industry.

That creates more costs and more complications for an already overburdened legal industry.

And then came the proposed spending bill with no provisions for the marijuana industry.

Democratic Majority Leader Chuck Schumer foreshadowed that result, claiming in a Dec. 10 post on X, formerly known as Twitter, that Republican leadership was “blocking my push” to tuck cannabis banking into any last-minute spending measure.

That same blame game played out two years ago, when a similar lame-duck push in Congress to squeeze banking into either a budget a defense-spending bill also failed.

Then and now, some Democrats blamed opposition from Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, a staunch opponent of marijuana reform.

Cannabis stakeholders ‘disappointed’ by Congress
However, frustrated cannabis advocates say there is plenty of blame to go around for the stalemate.

“It’s an understatement to say we’re disappointed by the 118th Congress,” David Culver, the senior vice president for public affairs at the U.S. Cannabis Council, a Washington, D.C.-based lobbying group, said in a statement.

Industry advocates hope that incoming President Donald Trump follows supportive words for marijuana rescheduling with action.

“With a supportive president,” Culver said, “the pending reclassification to Schedule III, and strong support from key congressional Republicans, we are hopeful that we can break the logjam and make significant progress toward our goal of federal legalization and the protection of public safety that comes with it.”

Trump do not care for cannabis, Fentanyl is the buzz.

Weed will have to wait for a miracle.
