If Lubin is selling shares at the current PPS, he's definitely wheel barreling stacks of cash to buy more ETH. Heck my call for SBET accumulating 1 million ETH by end of next year might actually happen sooner at this continued rate of him buying and earning via staking. Just my opinion.

Currently the compamy is authorized to issue 115 million shares and is looking to increase the authorized share count to 515 million since they want to acquire a ton of ETH before it truly skyrockets higher like what happened to BTC. Just my opinion.

I feel you pain on that one - trust me. Hoping this hits where it should but for now is a long term play for me. Reasons because as they keep accumulating and making more through staking and if they do acquire more via the proposed increase in share request to purchase more ETH, I can see us hitting 1 million plus in ETH in our treasury by same time next year. Just my opinion.

Looks like you hopped out just in time since this is playing like a "OTC PUMP & DUMP"...They performed a Reverse Split about 6 weeks or so and then in one huge swoop blow up the Outstanding Share Count again with that 70 million share filing that was contained in the S3 - ARS.
