What debt exactly did they remove?? Using shares is not removing debt, it is just juggling the numbers to make it look that way.

Not really. They lied about removing debt by doing a conversion to shares. CrownKing pumps always fail. Company has a long road to even getting a product to market if they ever do.

There is nothing to read. What you posted is just a rehash about a meeting to "finalize" an application. That was nine days ago, must be one heck of a long meeting. Did it get finalized? Did they send it in? By the look of the stock price not many believe so.

As I read it Remo has 100,000 class C shares that he can covert to any amount of common so that the sale equals $2.7 million.
At todays price that over 1.5 billion common shares.
I have asked someone to check me but have had no reply.

Thats all I am asking for. Facts , not talk. They can easily post the patent number and it will aslo contain a comprehensive description of the product to make sure it is not infringing on someone elses patent. Thats why it takes so long to get a patent.
If it happens to get below .001, I will pick up more shares. Not willing to risk a lot of money in anything REMO has that many shares of.

lol, I had a pretty good size position I was exiting from. Maybe some of the selling has been tax selling, maybe not. You know that means little to me. The PA has been extremely weak for weeks now, which in turn has completely reset the chart. Maybe, just maybe today it see's a reversal and ends green. If that happen, i'll take back my trips comment. LOL

Not only a patent but I'd bet any medical device has to go through a FDA process. Don't take this wrong I'm not bashing matter of fact I own 2 million shares but it's time to show something concrete.

I agree. So far they don't have a patten. That process can take months even if they have a reasonably good product. Patten people are slow, they take their time.
Remo has well over a billon shares. Even though he has no voting rights and has to wait 6 months before he can sell his shares, that worries me. Sounds like he has more shares than any other investor and could cause a major dilution with that many shares. Just because I ask relevant questions doesn't make me a Basher.

ADHC, if you really do have a device, you should just show us the patent number and description that goes along with it.

TMaga; if memory serves, ADHC is looking to have an Investor Relations dept. starting in 2025.
I am exited about the possibilities here if they get breakthrough status, but the potential of someone being able to torpedo the price
would need to be addressed by IR.

Somehow REMO always finds a way to screw the shareholders.
Check his record for the last 10 to 20 years and see how many companies he destroyed.

Besides his Class B preferred, Remo was paid 100,000 Class C preferred shares (restricted) as payment of $2.6 million debt. (Aug 2024 spreadsheet page 5).
Go back to page 4 (for Class C) and if I read the conversion correctly, it is the amount of common shares it takes to equal $2.6M. At today's price that is well over a billion shares.
His Class B restriction limits him from owning more than 10% of the common stock but I see no such restriction for Class C.
That worries me.
I own no shares at this time.

convertible into 10,000 shares of ADHC common stock per 1 share of ADHC Series B Preferred
Stock. However, Mr. Remo, our former Officer and Director, has executed a 9.99% Equity
Blocker with ADHC whereby he is prohibited from converting his Series B Preferred Stock of

It was reported by the company that they paid REMO off with 100,000 preferred shares. They did not say what the dollar value of each of those shares is, only that REMO converted his shares to common shares. Does anybody know the real numbers. How many common shares does REMO currently own or did he sell them all. What is actually going on with REMO.
