Which court case are you referring to? The 8k is what I was talking about.

I thought the court order stated ASRE was to be removed from ownership/licensing of the HES tech. Why would they be allowed to put anything about the HES tech on the 8K other than relinquishing rights?

Of course there is another lie in that 8k: reference is made to patents for the inline and standalone "generators"- Holcomb has NO patents for these as they were rejected. Holcomb does hold a valid patent for an allegedly improved efficiency electric motor but this is not claimed to be a source of energy. Since a well designed motor can have efficiency levels in the high nineties% it is extremely doubtful that this patented motor, if it works, is of any value.

ASRE is now just the remains of a massive failed SHlT SHOW.

Normally I would say that a ticker like this, that shit it's bed would linger around for
months to years in SHlT SHOW purgatory and bounce around the .02 -.03 range for
ever until some new BS weirdo Pumper comes along to pop it a couple cents.

I believe there is a lot of deception at play here. Some weeks ago I had a look at the Astra board and at that time there was at least one technically competent member who would have known that Holcomb "tech" is an outright scam. On the 8k it is stated that Astra expect this nonsense to be still of value WTF??

It forms an asset for Holcomb (whether current or contingent) and the Bankruptcy Court has ruled over this matter already, Ron and ASRE can expect to be served with Court documents this week in contravention of the Court Ruling. Ron and ASRE will have to show cause to the Court.

What if those restricted common shares came with performance requirements that cannot be fulfilled by Holcomb for the conditions of those shares to have a future value. So, what would those shares be worth if given to me or anyone else? Nothing, no value at all. No money was exchanged only an agreement with conditions that had to be met by that one person. The big word is (restricted) not regular common shares. Just my opinion.

It’s official! The Holcomb's have finally been shown the door of their luxury rental. Yes, evicted. A judge not only tossed them out but also tacked on a fresh $150,000 judgment for unpaid rent and legal fees, because why stop at one financial disaster when you can collect them like trophies?

The dilatory conduct of Robert and Ellen Holcomb in litigation - Court Documents just filed presents the entire historical context. This was all known to Ron Loudoun prior to him dragging ASRE into the contemptable Holcomb JV and appointing known convicted fraudster Robert Holcomb to the ASRE Board of Directors; either he blindly ignored it through sheer ignorance and arrogance, which he is known for, or was so utterly incompetent, again we know he suffers from this defect trait, that he thought not to do any due diligence - you decide.

Dan Claycamp, who in the article is referred to as the CEO of ASRE, forgets to mention how ASRE got fleeced out of millions of dollars by African scammers on the so-called finance/insurance bond.
