I have no interest in the Kelmar case as that is just a dispute over property/tenancy. The other case is of interest: Holcomb sold a pile of junk to a car dealership intimating that it could reduce the power bill, for $5mil. It failed to do so and actually increased power consumption. Holcomb's defence is that there was no guarantee that it would work and the contract only entailed intellectual property. These are the facts that anyone can read in the court documents and there is no disputing these. Paints a very bad picture of Holcomb whatever way one reads it.

On July 16, 2024, Sarasota General Magistrate Bradley Ellis authored a detailed, 9-page recommended order granting Holcomb Energy Systems, LLC’s Motion to Tax Attorney’s Fees and Costs against Kelmar Realty Holdings LLC following one of Kelmar’s multiple failed attempts to file a lawsuit and state a cause of action against Holcomb Energy Systems LLC. Holcomb Energy Systems LLC’s lawyer, Scott McKay, said this result was “totally expected” given the complete lack of merit in the initial Kelmar Realty Holdings LLC filings. Subsequently filed amended complaints have either been dismissed or have been forced to be amended again as Kelmar Realty Holdings LLC desperately struggles to try to state a cause of action that will actually stick.

Also, the Tennessee case is going just as bad for the Plaintiffs with infighting and now broke into self-representation instead of a group and three of four now have no representation.
