As of Monday the FFlya Australian subsidiary was approved by the Australian Securities Investment Commission (our SEC equivalent) as an unlisted Australia public company.
We are now in discussion with the majority shareholders regarding next steps and the restructure of IPTK. Will advise.
On the airline side we have completed live payment integration on both major programs. I will update you on next steps ASAP.

Looks like a decent chance this is will be the Middle East Airline mentioned. Also the companies mentioned at the end of the article seems to be some pretty good company to be in. Roll all of this up together into IPTK :) Would make for some nice offerings. We should be hearing within the next week or 2 on the Australian listing.

Bluebox and FFLYA confirm successful credit card payment ground tests over Iridium Certus network
By Satu Dahl May 24, 2024 Aircraft Interiors Expo, Ancillary revenues, Featured, IFEC
Bluebox and FFLYA confirm Iridium Certus Network live payments from Blueview
Bluebox Aviation Systems and FFLYA have announced that the companies have conducted successful ground tests of credit card payments over the Iridium Certus satellite network.

The tests included live payment transactions completed on an iPad to purchase in-flight entertainment bundles from Blueboxโ€™s Blueview digital services platform. The companies say the purchases were sent wirelessly from the iPad to a Bluebox Wow portable wireless unit which was connected to the FFLYA router, and that router was connected through a patch antenna to the Iridium Certus satellite network. The payment was then validated by a payment provider and the purchase confirmed on the iPad.

Blueview software platform provides browser-based portal for passengers can view and access digital services including onboard retail, in-flight entertainment and a moving map, as well as all the underlying functionality which ensures secure payment processing, delivery of content, third-party app integration, content management and analytics.

โ€œFor Bluebox, ensuring our customers have choice โ€“ choice of digital services, choice of hardware system and choice of connectivity solution โ€“ is central to everything we do,โ€ said James Macrae, CTO, Bluebox.

โ€œAirlines invest considerably in differentiating their product and delivering the best experience for their passengers. No two airlines are alike โ€“ so one size wonโ€™t fit all. Weโ€™ve already integrated Blueview with high bandwidth GEO satcom connectivity, but these are still considerable investments for many airlines, especially for LCCs and regional operators.

โ€œFor some airlines, any investment in connectivity is still years away โ€“ and we have well-proven offline solutions for them. Now, weโ€™re able to offer a happy medium โ€“ all the power of Blueview, boosted by the ability for airlines to increase revenue with more onboard sales in a secure retail environment, thanks to live payment validation.โ€

Ron Chapman, President, FFLYA commented: โ€œBluebox and FFLYA share some common principles in providing low-cost, rapid deployment of systems that improve the passenger experience and help our airline customers generate revenue. Bluebox are experts in digital passenger experiences, and we bring our expertise and proven experience with LEO connectivity and different antennae systems, knowing that for many of Blueboxโ€™s target customers, a single patch antenna is the best solution.

โ€œThis eliminates the issues found with window antennae, for which there can be a 60-degree blind spot above larger aircraft which can result in a high failure rate of transactions due to the unique time and data requirements of live retail payment validation โ€“ not exactly ideal for an airline depending on maximising revenue from onboard retail sales. Plus, our antenna with a single cabling and partition install can be done overnight โ€“ making this a fast and simple engineering task and minimising the time the aircraft is out of service.โ€

According to FFLYA, its patch antenna is an Iridium aviation certified Certus antenna which has zero drag. An STC for Airbus A320 family aircraft is already available, and the company has plans underway for the Boeing 737 series.

The board will be able to clarify the final IPTK plan as soon as the Australian Securities Exchange Commission approves FFlyaโ€™s submission to become a public company.
Our CFO spoke with them early this week and they advised it should be in place on July 1st being the start of our new financial year.

So I am able to provide a bit more clarification on where we are at. The restructure is taking longer than anticipated, due to the commercial process of establishing the public Australian company, but looks like launch date will be July 1st to coincide with our new financial year. The final construct should see IPTK as a major shareholder of the Australian company. The initial Australian company who is now the licensee for the airline program has been established as FFLYA Pty Ltd and of the 10% equity we issue to raised funds, to date we have raised A$265 at A$ 7 cents per share (US 5cents)

This has enabled us to secure a contract in the Middle East for a new airline program, finish testing with Bluebox (press link below) and have the business case approved on a second airline. Plus commit to a flight test on a third airline, but will need some additional funds to support that. Offical announcements will follow once airline approved.

On Wizz, due the A321NEO major engine issues grounding 45 of the existing Wizz NEO fleet, our A321CEO equipped fleet have been relocated to the EU to support the aircraft shortfall. As a result we needed to suspend the UK program. Wizz advised they plan to release a request for proposal for the full fleet and that the passenger flight proving was a success, but as the engines issues are the priority, I am uncertain when that will eventuate.
Apparently they report the aircraft will be grounded between 250-300 days. This is a global issue but unfortunately Wizz is the largest operator of this type of aircraft.
Regardless, it was Wizz who confirms our system works and that has been crucial for new programs, so we will persevere as without their support we would not have got off the ground.

Hubble Network makes Bluetooth connection with a satellite for the first time

Hubble Network has become the first company in history to establish a Bluetooth connection directly to a satellite โ€” a critical technology validation for the company, potentially opening the door to connecting millions more devices anywhere in the world.

The Seattle-based startup launched its first two satellites to orbit on SpaceXโ€™s Transporter-10 rideshare mission in March; since that time, the company confirmed that it has received signals from the onboard 3.5mm Bluetooth chips from over 600 kilometers away.

The sky is truly the limit for space-enabled Bluetooth devices: The startup says its technology can be used in markets including logistics, cattle tracking, smart collars for pets, GPS watches for kids, car inventory, construction sites and soil temperature monitoring. Haro said the low-hanging fruit is those industries that are desperate for network coverage even once per day, like remote asset monitoring for the oil and gas industry. As the constellation scales, Hubble will turn its attention to sectors that may need more frequent updates, like soil monitoring, to continuous coverage use cases like fall monitoring for the elderly.

Once itโ€™s up and running, a customer would simply need to integrate their devicesโ€™ chipsets with a piece of firmware to enable connection to Hubbleโ€™s network.

Hubble was founded in 2021 by Life360 co-founder Alex Haro, Iotera founder Ben Wild (who sold his startup to Ring) and aerospace engineer John Kim. Haro said the first time Wild presented the idea of connecting a Bluetooth chip to a satellite, his initial reaction was, โ€œNo freaking way.โ€ And it does sound crazy, especially as consumer electronics can struggle to connect to other Bluetooth-enabled devices that are just a few feet away.

But the demand is there: Existing IoT devices are power hungry, costly to operate and lack global connectivity, the company says. These are fundamental limitations related to Bluetooth-enabled devices today, and they prevent many industries from leveraging IoT for their businesses.

The company joined Y Combinatorโ€™s Winter 2022 cohort and closed a $20 million Series A last March. Hubbleโ€™s first innovation was to develop software enabling off-the-shelf Bluetooth chips to communicate over very long ranges with low power.

On the space side, the company also patented a phased array antenna that can launch on a small satellite. The antennas work almost like a magnifying glass, and itโ€™s what enables an off-the-shelf Bluetooth chip to communicate with the Hubble satellite. The team also had to solve Doppler-related problems, frequency mismatches that occur between fast-moving objects exchanging data via radio waves.

One of Hubbleโ€™s satellites in a terrestrial test chamber. Image Credits: Hubble Network

Hubble is aiming to launch a third satellite on SpaceXโ€™s Transporter-11 mission this summer and a fourth on Transporter-13. Those four satellites will compose what Haro called the โ€œbeta constellation,โ€ and pilot customers are starting to turn their integrations on even today, he said. The startup plans to launch the following 32 satellites all at once in the fourth quarter of 2025 or the beginning of 2026, though the launch provider has not been selected yet.

Those 36 satellites will compose Hubbleโ€™s first โ€œproduction constellation,โ€ and theyโ€™ll enable connection with a Hubble satellite roughly two-three hours per day from anywhere in the world.

So this is my issue. I want to be able to give you the final structure on IPTK regarding FFlya, but thatโ€™s reliant on the structure of the new Australian company and the Australian majority shareholders.
The new structure was formed but the process to convert to a public company in Australia and bring in new investors takes time. We have been advised it will be another 30 days before government formalities alone are complete.

That also impacts on our airline program relationships, all at various stages needing funding..

I appreciate this doesnโ€™t help and you are waiting for answers, but I can only move as fast as our very limited resources allow.

Back to you ASAP

Feels like perhaps we are just waiting for some I dotting and T crossing for an official PR on something? I would think if it were just going to be an update here that would only take a few minutes to put together and wouldn't take 3 weeks to get out? Unless of course something has to be approved by another company before we even get an update on here? Bigger companies do always come with much more bureaucracy and red tape to cut through. Interested to see exactly what they have put together as far as the new financing deal and which airlines are now involved. Every week that passes puts us that much closer to missing the install window before summer. We are already half way thru March. If things don't happen soon they likely won't happen again until EOY or next year.

Thank you for reaching out today with these messages. As always I appreciate you sharing your outlook on the industry and the offerings out there. I recall you saying a year ago that there would be a lot of hype coming regarding these other services. To this point you have been correct...because the other guys still aren't flying and PR's are still flowing. Even before I actually put my money up here I had read most all of the articles etc published on yourself and ASIP. I believed then that it would be your experience in the market and the outside of the box approach that would eventually set ASIP apart from the others. I accepted all of risk that comes with investing, jumped in and I maintain that position to this day yrs later lying patiently in wait. I must admit while I understand it, having everything always wrapped under NDA's is tough when things haven't come to fruition after all of the yrs of pursuit by ASIP. So naturally from time to time there will be questions and or concerns from shareholders. So I'm certainly glad to see some recent dialogue and look forward to the upcoming update.

The PR/hype train from all of the other guys certainly doesn't seem to be slowing anytime soon.

Just to clarify.
Airfi have tried to copy us and have been saying for 7 years they will be flying Iridium connectivity on Atlantic Airways who operate 2 aircraft in the Faroe Islands. Itโ€™s still not flying, at least according to a recent Seth miller article interviewing the Atlantic Airlines President. Thatโ€™s despite Airfi announcing it would be installed last September and the September before that.

Airfi last year announced Surinam Airways which consists of one Airbus A340 and one Boeing 737. Again nothing flying.

Interesting that the only picture Airfi show of a window installation is a photoshopped antenna on their website.

So 10 out of 10 for announcing existing video server customers are now going go to test thier connectivity, but Iridium Certus is a 22/88kbps link.

Even iridiumโ€™s own Certus 100 land product โ€œIridium Executiveโ€ in its FAQ states. On wifi limited to 4 users text only.

Thatโ€™s because Certus 100 is the equivalent of 1.5G. Whatsapp is not even that great on 3G with one user.

Over the years Airfi copying first said they are going to do free SMS and WhatsApp. They obviously realised you canโ€™t do SMS over wifi as thatโ€™s a Telco service, so the story changed to free WhatsApp. They then realised Certus100 cost $3500 per Gb, so they then said pay for WhatsApp.

Now Aifi in this article are saying itโ€™s webmail office 365 and gmail.

We have been doing email via Bluetooth for 10 years. If you could do it on wifi via narrowband I never would have invented our system.

Certus100 was built for one user to take a portable device into the outback and get some connectivity or, someone on a boat.

The other main function is IOT (Bluetooth) and drones. As itโ€™s low latency it can do inflight payment but again only 2 active devices, as to many disconnects shut the system down.

I look forward to them one day actually flying Certus, as it will validate to an airline exactly what they can deliver via wifi.

To their credit they have a very good PR machine, but the only thing that will count in the end is, does it work as published and that answer will be a no.

Apologies for the delay, I assure you I am working on the update and hope to release it in the next day or so. I want to be able to give you clarity on the restructure which we have been working on for months and believe it will address your concerns regarding IPTK plus, a status of currently 4 airline programs which is also a challenge, as we are restricted by NDAโ€™s.

What I can say is I have a substantial investment in IPTK and see it as a crucial part of my own plan going forward.
Will get back to you ASAP

It would be great if it came in the form of a PR. :) Either way I'm ready to take a look at whatever is going to get served up. I have always had high hopes for this one as the idea tech makes sense and share structure is great. However I can't help but think there is something significant that I am missing when it appeared back 3 yrs ago that roll out of this tech was "coming soon". Was it a road block with the tech not working properly? Are the airlines waiting to see if the projects from Elon and other co's will solve this problem?

All of this was looking really positive in 2021...Its hard to believe we now sit at the share price that we do.
Rollout to passengers is coming soon.

AirFi with another test partner. FFLYA mentioned in the write up.

VietJet signs on for AirFi LEO trial
23 FEBRUARY 2024 BY SETH MILLER LEAVE A COMMENT

AirFi has added another customer for its lightweight LEO connectivity offering in Asia. The company inked a deal with VietJet to trial its inflight internet service on two aircraft, announced at the Singapore Air Show.

Today is very special for me because one of the biggest airlines in Asia has agreed to our trial proposition to bring connectivity not only to VietJet, but also all the Vietnamese passengers. โ€“ Martijn Moret, AirFi co-Founder and Board Member

The agreement calls for a couple aircraft in the VietJet fleet to be fitted, allowing the airline to test the connectivity solution and its impact on crew and passenger experience in flight.VietJet currently operates 79 A320-family planes, as well as seven A330s.

The AirFi solution is supported by a modem and window-mount antenna sourced from SKYTRAC, which also participated in the signing ceremony in Singapore. SKYTRACโ€™s President Malachi Nordine called attention to the quick installation available for the window-mount antenna, which can be installed โ€œovernight, in a matter of hours, a significant differentiator and value add for airlines.โ€

Additional services on the horizon
Payments processing remains the most compelling use case of the AirFi LEO system. CEO Job Heimerikx remains confident that the reduction in payment failures alone can cover an airlineโ€™s implementation costs. On top of that the lightweight messaging services โ€“ either paid or free to passengers โ€“ work without an extra application layer on the phone. That opens a range of revenue or passenger experience opportunities.

But AirFi is not stopping there. During a recent visit at the companyโ€™s headquarters Heimerikx disclosed the company is now working on an email option as well.

The company says it is focused on webmail rather than a full application experience. It will almost certainly not be able to support every webmail solution on the market. But getting Gmail and Office365 sorted could be enough to satisfy a sufficiently large customer base to be worth the effort.

Exactly how this will work remains unclear, and similar concerns have been raised with respect to fflyaโ€˜s similar claimed implementations. Neither has provided further details on how they are handling the authentication, data security, and content filtering necessary to deliver the more robust messaging services on a lightweight link, though both clearly have a plan theyโ€™re executing.

Half way through FEB. May soon get a glimpse of whats been locked in and whats to come from now until MAY. Hopefully the team is back at it...crossing T's and Dotting I's. I never thought we'd see prices this low on this stock..but here we are. Still holding high hopes for 2024 and beyond. Starlink hype or not seems to pushing forward. Will be interesting to see what comes of this... https://www.cnbc.com/2024/02/08/hawaiian-airlines-debuts-spacex-starlink-free-inflight-wi-fi-.html

Thank you for the update and Happy New Year to you and the team. Sounds like some positive progress is being made. I certainly understand the need to cut costs where you can. It's encouraging to hear that the documentation is being kept up for potential filings down the road. One thing I was wondering about is the refining of the link software regarding the satellite handover etc. How is all that coming along on the technical side? I would assume this is pretty important for passenger experience.

Enjoy whatever your vacation period entails. I will be looking forward to Feb/Mar for further updates.

Hopefully 2024 will be the break out year that puts FFLYA, BOB and 10yrs of hard work in the industry spot light!

To bring you up to date, we completed the initial technical aspects of the Australian fund raising in early November. We appointed DH Flinders to handle the cap raise. Some initial funds have been received in December at A$ 7 cents (US$ equivalent 5cents.) Business jets also continue to contribute commissions to fund IPTK. As jan is our vacation period, not a lot will happen until early feb, which is ok for our program timing, as Feb to May is a key airline install window after the Xmas holiday peak period. I appreciate it is dragging out, but we are also renegotiating the existing convertible notes that expired 31/12, while trying to manage 3 airline programs that are in various launch and development stages. Just so you are aware, it would only take 1 x 10k and 2 x 10qโ€™s to bring our reporting in order. We are continuing to maintain the documentation, but canโ€™t justify that cost at the moment when our airline program funding is so important. All these things effect the final config for IPTK which hopefully will become much clearer in feb.

Yea no idea. The fact that it appears these moves started 6 months or so ago makes me believe we should be seeing some kind of official update soon. I thought we'd maybe get a year end official update but that came and went..lol. Hopefully we get a full and well put together ceo letter for the 2024 outlook.

I wonder how long we have to wait to find out are fate. I didn't see any news on what IPTK received for 10% of the company which the New Australian Company has received. Just curious.

MJAM2020 MJAM2020 7 months ago
Not overly excited about it...However the majority shareholders voted in favor of the move,,,and also Ron said IPTK has a 90% interest in whatever is coming overseas. So it seems we are still alive. If the system is $10k-$15k installed which i believe is what was mentioned before. I think the cost dropped from $25k to $10-$15k at some point?...Then just from them not spending the $50k+ it probably costs to file fins then that is close to 5 planes installed right there...that alone could fund a trial plane with 2 more airlines. And as Ron mentioned after 14 or so yrs of WIFI being back available for airlines...there is still a huge void in that market. It seems to me that another option is needed and I think IPTK has it. I don't know what the triggering event will be or what behind the scenes takes so long...but I feel like we are still very much in the ball game here...unless I am just completely missing something?

So overall I'm not happy we have gone dark..as I think announcements are close...but I am happy that it seems they can raise funds over seas to get these other trials going with some other airlines. We need planes in the air.

Hopefully we are close to some solid updates regarding the new entertainment offering, Wizz UK Launch, Financing, and the names of the next airlines on the list that have supposedly been in talks for quite a while now. I wasn't sure if we would be able to add shares once we went dark...so I added a little more before the lights went out. I am still in here with over 200k shares and hoping for the best. Maybe I'm blind to some things...but I feel there is still serious potential here.

I already advised on 2nd November under the restructure we were taking the IPTK dark. The majority shareholders were not prepared to outlay $50k just to maintain SEC compliance, at a time where we are trying to fund 3 airline programs. We are currently raising funds in Australia @US 3.5 cents the listing became a deterrent to that.

As soon as I can, I will update you on both the restructure status which includes IPTK and the 3 programs.

I apologies if this came as a shock, but we did file the 15G and explained the plan.

Still in and hoping here as well. Stock is starting move...bids are coming up. Airlines are basically back to pre covid numbers or better over here. Not quite sure the entire situation over seas but it sounds pretty similar for the most part. I am hoping we complete this Wizz Air UK fleet before the new year. I don't want to get too close to that summer peak season at all to risk missing the install window before summer..lol. I think we have a shot at that timeline as this update is from Oct and is now almost 60 days ago...

"Finally, In a recent meeting, Wizz advised it is upgrading its UK fleet and we have just completed the planning for the new Wizz A321NEO installs which are now underway. I will update you on launch timing ASAP."

For Wizz Air to upgrade. I believe it just means they have to switch out a box and it sounds like the A321NEO installs were already started at that point. Of course it also depends on the maintenance schedules of the planes...But these are basically overnight installs. I think we have a good shot at launch news before the new year but as always time will tell.

Also I am in hopes that we get the details on this subsidiary and financing before the new year to see what all that entails and how it effects us. I figure that has been in motion now 4 months or so as the subsidiary was registered in Australia back in Aug. https://australia-corp.com/co/fflya-pty-ltd

I am always encouraged here by the fact that after 14 yrs there are still roughly 18k planes in service with little or no connectivity. That shows that there needs to be an alternative to the full on WIFI route for airlines and passengers. We are sitting here with a great solution. There is a huge void out there in the market. The share structure on the stock itself is great. The float is micro...I am in hopes that eventually we get to see what all this can do when it comes together. My bet here is on the Jockey and Horse. I will be here if/when the gong goes off...lol

Stock waking up a bit. Someone added a few shares again today...and this time it wasn't me..lol. Float still looks thin as ever. News on subsidiary, financing and Wizz Launch pending. If people take notice in anticipation or the company gives people a reason to buy this one might come back to life soon in a big way.

$IPTK Bids are firming up a bit and asks are falling back. Looking at L2 this one is still super thin. We jumped from .017 to .35 when word first got around about the WIZZ deal a while back. Now we may be on the door step of entering the beginning of the revenue generating phase with our first commercial airline partner. We are still awaiting official news containing the details on the financing and Australian subsidiary which could come anytime. No way to know which news comes first...but this recent update makes it sound like we could get launch news anytime. Remember these units I believe can be installed in a matter of hrs or overnight. We are only waiting on 13 more of them to be installed to get to get the first 19 completed which should lead to the beginning of revenues.

"Finally, In a recent meeting, Wizz advised it is upgrading its UK fleet and we have just completed the planning for the new Wizz A321NEO installs which are now underway. I will update you on launch timing ASAP."

Roughly 10+ yrs in the making. And it seems this is still the best alternative to WIFI for all of the carriers currently out there with no connectivity.

From recent PR:
"Aeronexus commented: โ€œWhen you take a close look at all the options, ASI is the only company that provides a cost-effective alternative to expensive Wi-Fi. The ultra-light weight simple to install BizjetInternet hardware means we can stay connected the entire flight without incurring massive data costs.โ€

Word may be starting to get around about the benefits of the FFLYA system. Will be interesting to see the price action here once Wizz is up and running and we finally get word of who these other airlines are that have been in the mix for a yr or more. Hopefully we soon see this business gain serious momentum. I feel like the majority of the ground work has been put down and now its just a matter of time before it takes flight. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Hi Ron...just real quick. Here you mention that installs are now underway...

"Finally, In a recent meeting, Wizz advised it is upgrading its UK fleet and we have just completed the planning for the new Wizz A321NEO installs which are now underway. I will update you on launch timing ASAP."

I just wanted to verify and hopefully I remember right...these installs are already fully funded and we are not waiting for funding for the remainder of the first 19 Wizz Planes correct? And also these first 19 whenever completed will be the commencement of revenue generation at some level?

Anything you could share here would be very much appreciated.

And congrats on the install with Aeronexus. Public statements like this should catch the attention of some out there in the industry I would like to think...

Sorry no news...yet. It was just me adding to my position. I feel like we should be very close to some kind of news. We have been awaiting installs on WIZZ UK now for about a year? This could likely be announced any day now being this tidbit comes from Rons update from around 50 days ago... "Finally, In a recent meeting, Wizz advised it is upgrading its UK fleet and we have just completed the planning for the new Wizz A321NEO installs which are now underway. I will update you on launch timing ASAP." Also we are waiting on news further explaining the new subsidiary and some type of investment coming in. I figure that news could come before years end as well since its been in the works since around August I believe? The OTC seems to have woken up recently...It would be nice if this ticker could participate in some of this rally and money inflow.

Time will tell.

Best of luck to all involved

That was me...just adding to my stash. There isn't any news out yet that I am aware of...However I do believe some form of news comes soon maybe very soon. The first 19 Wizz planes for whatever reason missed the install early in the spring before the summer peak season. I figure we either see them very soon...or at worst next spring install season. The FFLYA system has its merits. Just looking at the current WIFI situation here in the states where we have more options with WIFI..the results still aren't great or free. As far as low cost carriers go...I had to fly Spirit a few months ago. On the way out WIFI wasn't working..and on the way back it was $17. Not many low cost carrier passengers are going to fork over $10+ for a slow internet connection. I was watching CNBC about 2 weeks ago. They did a segment on the airlines...maybe someone can find it? Almost word for word the anchor said Airlines are looking for a way to use the passenger data collected in an unobtrusive way to target them...and he also said the words Ancillary Revenue...these things are what FFLYA is designed to do. For the life of me I can't figure out how ASIP has had so much trouble getting funding for this thing. After hearing the statements made on CNBC I feel like airlines may be looking for alternatives..but for whatever reason aren't seeing IPTK. Whether its the fact they are just absolutely stuck on WIFI...or if the marketing efforts for FFLYA need to be stepped up a bit? I'm not sure there. But either way I have been sitting on shares for a few years here now and I still feel the same way I did when I bought my original batch. The fact that a $2B airline (WIzz) is willing to install this system on 19 planes says they believe it works and it has merit. No way they get involved to this point if there isn't something there. And watching these other co's like AIRFI running around talking about having a system ready to go and this and that says even if they don't have a solution ready to go...they want to act like they do...There has to be some value in these LEO offerings.

When the break through happens I believe IPTK will be the one. And being first to this market with something that actually works could be very lucrative when considering the HUGE VOID there is out there when looking at the number of planes in use that offer ZERO connectivity. From the targeting of ads, ecommerce, attractions at destinations and the debit/credit pymt solution for inflight purchases etc...There could be some monster revenues for whoever figures out how to get these systems flying. In this case i'm betting on the Jockey and Horse. In Ron Chapman I feel we have a CEO that understands this market literally better than anyone. What it will take for someone to fund this thing and for airlines to fly it...I don't know. I'm not sure where I can help but I'm getting to the point where I'm ready to start working for the company for free to help cut costs ever further...lol.

On OCT 18th...now almost 50 days ago Ron ended an update message with this..

"Finally, In a recent meeting, Wizz advised it is upgrading its UK fleet and we have just completed the planning for the new Wizz A321NEO installs which are now underway. I will update you on launch timing ASAP."

This makes me feel like we could very likely see something before year end on these installs. Ron also mentioned in the past when the first 19 planes are installed we will officially be in revenue generation phase with WIZZ. That will be a monumental achievement. Following that we could hear something about the other 2 or 3 airlines that have had ongoing discussions going for a year or more. They have to be about ready for their first installs. With proof of concept with WIZZ...I'd imagine the process of installs and trials on other airlines would move in a speedier fashion.

I was here before the last big move started...once word spreads this stock flies...no pun intended. I believe it went from .017 to .35 or so in a matter of weeks on the last go round. News of actual revenues starting could set it off again.

I'm kinda bummed that I actually missed that last big dump we saw a few months back of 500k shares or whatever it was when it touched .0046...I would take 1Mill shares at .005 for sure if someone would give me the heads up when they are about to dump..haha. But I was able to add a few here and over the last few weeks.

Best of luck to all...hopefully we are nearing go time here. This stock has had some of the most loyal share holders I have ever seen on an OTC stock...and I've been doing this a long time now...lol
