Haven't been paying much attention, but looks like CEOS is in a "Grace Period":

Grace Period - Securities enter a Grace Period when OTC Markets Group is no longer able to confirm that the issuer’s disclosure is current and publicly available as required under Rule 15c2-11. When a security enters a Grace Period, it can continue to be publicly quoted for 15 days. At the end of the 15-day Grace Period, if the required disclosure is not available, the security will move to the Expert Market for unsolicited quoting only, unless OTC Markets Group determines another exception under Rule 15c2-11 applies, such as the Large Company/ADTV exception.

What about the court hearing today? Were the charges thrown out?

Unlikely they settled anything. If the settlement is reached we will be trading between 8 and 10 cents.

They seem to be on track for 1000 a month give or take.  A safe bet would be 12,000 to 15,000 for the year.  Just hoping they get things settled and filings up to date.

Explain to me how Kate who is accused of stealing from the company is somehow going to take control of company she doesn't own and never has?

Discussing the possibility of a very real outcome for this ticker seems like something of valuable discussion to be had, no?

Kind of sad really. Looks like they want to push the mushroom coffee story again so they can sell a few hundred bucks worth each quarter. They have more highly paid officers than packets of coffee. Could be ages before tis is resolved.
