Dont want to be accused as SPAMMING and not telling anyone to buy it, even though I did at .0004 months ago right here on this board. The stock is now in the .0015-.0018 range and holding like gorilla glue waiting to make new highs soon. It is still a 10X from here in IMHO. Real management that is ALWAYS speaking to shareholders. Completely transparent and available to speak to on the phone. They also have a Breakout 4th quarter coming with 10X increase in revenue and possible profitability. They also have a deal coming with 2-3 TOP 100 NFL players and a live PPV in the works with an A Lister.

If you really want to know what stock it is ask Horsts here on this board. I told everyone to make the switch and get 3x times as much of this stock when it was .0004 and EPAZ was .0012. I am on the record then and now.

Zena may not be listed in Epaz' Filings, but their paid promoter sure makes it appear that way. If their promoter is responsible for the misleading claim, then Epaz should have issued a clarification statement.


"Epazz, Inc. (OTC: EPAZ), a mission-critical provider of drone technology, blockchain mobile apps and cloud-based business software solutions, just announced that one of its holdings, ZenaDrone, Inc., was selected and funded for the US Air Force Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Award for phase I of the innovative defense-related dual-purpose technology.

What are EPAZ investors getting for ZENA which was wholly owned by us prior to this action.

If we're receiving nothing, something is wrong. We should either be receiving some ZENA stock, or EPAZ should report a substantial payment to us which should buoy the stock.

From what I gathered the stock began on the market at $10 a share and was rather volatile it's first day, but it is trading. The question is, what do we see out of this manuvering.

Word of advice - if you see Jedi posting anywhere on this website then it is paid pumping and most likely trash. Also, anything to do with Shaun Passley is trash and just a circular 'software/services' company that posts fluff after fluff PRs and massively dilute.
I don't know how his OTC companies haven't been slapped with CE flags.

Fyi, ZENA opened at 10 today, went as high as 11 and quickly proceeded to drop 35% down in the 6s with a close at 8.80 and after hours down to 7.25. I tried to short it first thing, but Schwab wouldn't allow due to 'insufficient share availability' on the market, presumably since its new :(

ZenaTech is not listed in the financial filings as a subsidiary of Epaz.

And don't worry... this is a Shaun Passley string of companies where they provide services to each other in order to move money around. Even if it was a subsidiary, you wouldn't see anything since it would all go to him and his insider investors that hold all the preferred shares.

It might have been my ignorance, but I bought EPAZ thinking that Zena was a subsidiary, and thereby potentially contributing to the value of Epaz. Therefore if spun off, the Epaz shareholders have a right to a portion of the new shares.

I have, if you're referring to the one they filed back in March.
Zena has nothing to do with this stock Epaz, and the prospectus even states that Zena pays NO royalties to Epaz for anything.

They also state that Zena is primarily a software services company, and it also happens to have ZenaDrone as a subsidiary and potential products are still in beta or testing phase. They had a whipping 1.1M revenue for 2023, and a loss of over 500k.
Just another typical Shaun Passley company with a bunch of junk.

It was originally on the list this week for 9/24. Then 9/26. Then 9/27, and nothing happened today.

Maybe its failed since investors got wise and realized that Shaun Passley does nothing with any of his companies except extract cash for himself and his family. No real products or income, no contacts. Just a few 'me too' crappy software packages.

I still don't know how that qualifies for the Nasdaq Capital market, since they don't meet the requirements unless they cooked something.

Don't fall for it. Others have been here long enough to know the fact that jedi is a 💩PAID PUMPER 💩. He worked for a stock promoting company. He posts across multiple stock boards here repeating garbage and pumping stocks with no reason other than it is lining his pockets.

Go look at Shaun's other crap company ATVK where this guy also endlessly pumped. That stock is dead and used up so now the focus is on this junk if/until the drone spinoff gets traded and then it'll be a pump and dump there as well.

There is nothing to believe that Zena is anything but another pump and dump scam from Shaun Passley. Great short opportunity coming up here, just like with all of his companies.

He sets one up, dupes investors with restricted preferred shares, there is an initial price jump and then its nothing but down from there with continual dilution... then he 'spins off' one of the parts of the original into another company and does the same thing over.
