GRLT does not even have a 3rd party independent auditor. And besides that, a legit auditor would have many issues with GRLT disclosure statements, lack thereof, documents, and fraud.... It would take them a year to sort it out if they were even willing to try.

They've doubled down on it. So it's got to be very authentic and verifiable.
The PPS by even a conservative estimate looks to be a multiple of $0.008 ($30M at an O/S of 3.8B)

Filed the notice a day early and could have had an anticipated date of the 20th.... But it doesn't really matter other than they still haven't filed. They are late after being late.

FINRA processes corporate actions like mergers and name changes. Not the SEC. Although the SEC sometimes has input, and FINRA sometimes ask the SEC for information they may have if they suspect fraud. And I can guarantee that the SEC has a file on GRLT. That I know is a FACT from the Blackburn Treaty Energy scam. He was part of GRLT with Henry L. Klein who was CEO of GRLT for a time, and the scammers involved in the 700 grand rip-off

And... FINRA does not "approve" anything. They process, unless there is a question of fraud. Then they do not. In that case they usually ask many, many questions that the scammers are unable to give satisfactory answers too.

How Sec approves the merger if it is scam? Is merger alreday done?

He has to know already that Grillit has been a scam, and the disclosure statements are fraudulent. If not, then he's an idiot. And yet he went ahead with the "merger" anyway.

An R/S needs to get past FINRA as does the merger and name change. That will require that FINRA does not suspected fraud was committed by Grillit, which will be difficult for GRLT to explain away as there has been obvious fraud committed that FINRA and the SEC are already aware of.

When he replied to somebody about Up-listing on NASDAQ, it was thought provoking, as to how in the hell, from these

However, it seems like the BOOK VALUE of the MERGER $30M plus the Tokenized Assets in Blockchain [$50M?]
can take the PPS to $0.10 to $0.25 [A Conservative 5x Multiplier]
