Nobody pays several million dollars for a serial penny stock scam... A legit company could go public on their own for much. much less money and have NONE of the theft and fraud baggage that GRLT is responsible for. It just makes NO sense for a legit company the get involved with GRLT not only because of the large debt, but the risk of regulatory action and the fact that FINRA/SEC has had many issues with GRLT and refused to process corporate actions.

ONLY another scammer would "merge" with this mess. As time as shown all the previous incarnations if GRLT where ALL scams!

I've seen this over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over with GRLT, One pump after another with these frontloader pump groups. Each of the 5 or so different groups of scammers that have controlled this has had dozens of these frontload pump and dumps.

They most certainly do... A financial statement needs to be filed along with any offering statement. It didn't do that great, though they hit their "target" it was nowhere near the max. They raised a measly 59 grand.

New CEO but there has been no disclosure of a change of control. So, Greg Mitchell still has control of this scam. And don't forget... This all needs to get past FINRA and that's unlikely because of all the fraud and non-discloser. There have been two other attempts of several corporate actions each (that I know of) that FINRA would not process.

Also when you post the picture of the SOS filing "disclosure" of the 5B AS, you are in fact disclosing the disclosure you want disclosed to the public.

1) Youll find terms of mergers in filings just like the rest of the OTC unless they want to disclose that some other way when they are ready. This isnt the NYSE.
2) He did disclose it in the SOS filings. OTC's dont PR AS raises. lmao, youd be out of a job if they did. This isnt the NYSE.
3) I dont know, what else arent they saying? Still trading though, with 1 OS raise in the last decade.
4) Sorry they dont work on your timeline, maybe you should become a CEO and be the best there ever was. Youd be a great. You could argue with shareholders all day, much like you do here.
5) He never mentioned they were audited, he mentioned a CPA and the public assumed(much like they always do). Thats not on him. But it sure as hell seems like its on you.
6) The public will always believe what they want...and nothing you say, anyone cares about or this would have zero interest.

Nothing is different. Same ole non-disclosure. What are the terms of this "merger"? Why hasn't Johnney disclosed the AS increase to 5 Billion?? What else are they NOT saying?? He was asked about what he might do as for corporate actions and crickets about that yet he's on twitter posting all day. And he asn't even mentioned FINRA or clarified that these disclosure statements will NOT be audited. GRLT doesn't even have an auditor. Yet he just continues to allow bullshit to be spread. There is also another problem. Johnney as very prematurely posted he plans to take this to the NASDAQ . ( A common scammer pumper trick) that's not likely possible. GRLT filed a 15-12g to deregister the stock in 2013 without filing the audited 10K that was past due then by like 6 months. That will need to be filed before the SEC will allow GRLT to register its stock again. AND... They will need to be true correct and complete as well as the REST of the Finicals. How can that happen with the missing documentation, Fraud and theft of a serial scam??
