DB was never involved here fortunately. This is looking strong and relatively thin. 

Doesn’t matter, it will take care of itself. A few more DB’s need to be taken out at this level, they come and go.

The form 10 fiing is a step taken to become a fully reporting, SEC filing company. Comprehensive financial information and history of the company is included, usually accompanied by audited financials. Once it is reviewed and accepted it is likely that MRES and RLAB will uplist to OTCQB status. This has many benefits as it is now one step away from Nasdaq or NYSE listing. Brings a whole new level of compliance and legitimacy to the businesses. Also often attracts more sophisticated “investors”, and those who wish to make direct investments into the company to increase the pace of growth.. Many have been waiting for this step as it indicates that management is ready to disclose to the public their entire plan and motivations, partnerships , etc. IMO

Any chance to expand thoughts on the form 10 submission and what it may or may not mean? I’m not well versed in any of that stuff. Trying to wrap my head around possibilities as I’m way heavy on this one since I’ve been adding for over a year. Appreciate anything you can enlighten me on. Thanks!

The word "imminent" has very bad connotations for me due to a certain individuals use of it 😂😂

The stock price is a gift. I have been adding these prices daily. It’s only cheap until it’s not. Sounds like he is ready to tell the entire story. 2025 will be a breakout year for both MRES and RLAB. IMO Form 10 submission is imminent for both. That means moving away from this market which can’t come soon enough for me.

Jeff is getting more aggressive with his messaging. Historically the stock has gotten traction when he has done this. I'll be adding more in anticipation of news drops.

I think you are sadly mistaken. The CEO has literally told you what is coming in the last few videos on X. Listen closely, you’re missing it. In the most recent video, he states it once again. I continue to add as much as I can, anything under a penny is incredibly cheap imo.

I've been in this a long time lopes. Potential is huge..just need some solid news and it will go.
