It is impossible to know how many 'sells' there are in a day. MM's don't buy/sell in whole lots, they do it in tranches, which is the number listed in the spread for 'Qty'.
Except at market sells, then by definition the quantity is immaterial, but they will still trade using their 'qty' and then change their spread and repeat. Smart traders don't sell at market because it drives the price down. Likewise, buying at market drives the price up. This is very easy to prove - I've demonstrated it with NSAV stock myself.
The best you can do is count the tranches in a given day.

A 7 billion+ shell? I don't trust Vik either. Look at the other crap he has. Lately my OTC is up and I own many. My better ones with real projects and way lower share counts, a few are really moving lately even in this questionable market with what is going on on the countries nerve wracking landscape. And they need PRs and they need to file at some point. Board of who, whose paying for the audit? Companies always talk about audits or uplisting and never do it. Just more OTC buzzwords to get buyers. Did the judge officially give NSAV to Vik? And look who is suddenly back. The guy that pumped this from .02 all the way. Always fun to watch this trainwreck.

Congrats on the win!! JT, Alfonso, Osborn. They were always the reason why NSAV was a scam. Now, Osborn gets to face new court dates and so does Alfonso. People were way too emotional on the boards. They had no idea what was going on behind the scenes. They still don't.

Filings are unaudited?? Dude open your eyes!! There are NO filings! Zip zero nada! They cant afford an accountant! The receiver quit because the company does not have the money to pay him! But hey Leverage has made hundreds of millions of dollars in nsav! He could teach Warren Buffet a few things about how to invest! 😂

It was not hemp beer. That never started. The dividends were from JT giving a 10% dividend to everyone that had NSAV shares. I had 5M and got 500K shares. Still have them. They are not tradeable, they are not registered, and they are restricted. People that paid to get them gave NSAV's attorney $500 to clear them.

My posts may be repetitive about certain points but yours are even funnier. Only 4 posts in nearly 6 years. Sorry but I choose not to believe anything you say about NSAV.

We will rebuild holding co. with a new team and Board and a full audit with restatement. It will take time but can be done. Much damage to repair.

So do you believe what the Temporary Receiver wrote in his Initial Report is a concern or not a concern at all and no big deal? I mean, if the filings were bad they can just file them again as if everything was fine?

Your posts have been entertaining if not repetitive for months. HMLA is a '34 Act mandatory reporting company that lost its market makers Sept 2021 on SEC rule 15c211. It became unfinanceable as a result of the the recent elimination of convert debt from the market by the SEC, not to mention litigation overhang from IGOT whose subsidiary President destroyed the corporation with debt overdraws.

NSAV has market makers and is financeable. The filings are unaudited and will be simple to restate on a quick review and restatements assuming Tilton et al. turn over the books and records. They will not be as expensive as HMLA. A full audit will take more time and money and we will see if that is needed.

Not all OTC vehicles are created equal. NSAV has a massive NOL to be verified and thousands of shareholders with market makers. It has potential significant value. The NOL alone could be worth much more than current levels with the right acquisition.

IIRC, the receiver resigned after the initial review as it realized the company had no way of paying it's fees. So right now, there is no receiver involved.

There is no Tilton... the Judge appointed her own 'Hand picked" receiver who told her what? "Tilton is a fraud, company is a fraud and they cant scrub 2 nickels together to pay my measly $63,000 legal bill and im calling FBI/SEC and OTC"..if she lets him maintain control... she is complicit and telling all shareholders "here is a big middle finger"!!

Methinks that if/when this goes to Expert Market there won't be much buying at all (except for, perhaps, Canadians and a few others) and the EM is where mainly selling is allowed by most brokers.

I dunno, but can Tilton/NSAV, if they wanted to, file new financials or are they now forbidden to for some reason? Or it is they are afraid to because of what the Temporary Receiver wrote and they don't want to use the numbers from their own past financials?

The only verifiable asset that the Temporary Receiver has been able to find is $43 in an NSAV business checking account.

Anyhow, there's a reason why there hasn't been a court decision (since November?) and might that possibly be because NSAV (and possibly some individuals) are being investigated? If so, is that a good thing for this ticker? Methinks not. But whatever the reason, methinks the longer they go without filing the closer this gets to the Expert Market.
