I've seen some posts from Engineers who say geomagnetic technology is not even doable. I'm not an Engineer, but they did post some interesting information that basically says geomagnetic technology has already been tried by other companies with complete failure. It is not a new concept.

Has Henry ever succeeded in something other than being banned by FINRA and issuing shares?  Ever a successful company? Profitable?

So there is their technology to eliminate fossil fuels. So we know the oil people will try to screw Henry over because of their greed and lack of concern for the health of people and the environment. Hopefully they get saved. The oil people could just invest in PHIL and make a lot of money and profit.

Share sales are how public companies grow. Henry uses share sales to keep the company afloat while waiting for investors to do the right thing. Henry really seems sincere so there may be other things going on here. We know Satanists with money like to screw people over if they don't drop their beliefs in Jesus. Maybe the big investor is Islam and they want Henry to convert before they give money. Could also be Talmud Jews or something. Henry should give more details about the negotiations or he does look like a scammer. Time will tell. More investigation. 

Fraudster Fahman filings would indicate otherwise, as he seems to have no problem skimming off $$$ of this worthless stock by means of doling out shares for cash into his personnel piggybank . Using the GB statement is just ruse scheme to attract unsuspecting shareholders ..IMO
